Hi, had a good time at zacs valley. Good breakfast and comfortable staffs but the roads to the resort could be improved and room hygiene was satisfactory could be improved

The rooms have great views. The service and food is very good. Very polite staff. The only drawback is getting to the property. The road to the property is a disaster for around 6 kms.

It was an amazing experience staying in zacs valley. They have multiple activities which you can opt for and they take care of planning and executing those things very nicely. Food was awesome. Breakfast buffet extraordinary. Rooms are spacious and well maintained

I stayed at Zacs Valley Resort for one night, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The stay was truly awesome, thanks to the friendly and dedicated staff who went out of their way to make my visit comfortable and memorable. The rooms were neat, spacious, and very well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing environment. The food was another highlight of my stay – it was delicious, and I had the chance to try authentic Kerala and Tamil Nadu cuisines, which were some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. One of the most memorable activities was the morning trekking experience. It was refreshing and gave me a perfect start to the day, leaving my mind energized and calm. The resort's location is amazing, nestled amidst the mountains, offering a serene and peaceful environment. I stayed in one of the Valley View rooms, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking – a perfect blend of nature's beauty and tranquility. Overall, my stay at Zacs Valley Resort was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Kodaikanal. It’s a hidden gem that offers a perfect mix of comfort, nature, and hospitality.

The approach road to the stay is completely off-road and there should be proper mention of that so people can plan it accordingly. Extremely difficult to drive vehicles with lower ground clearance. Now coming to the stay: the area is nice and isolated but the stay maintenance can be better as we saw cockroaches running around everywhere in the room. Foodwise absolutely average at best with food charges on the higher side.
