la grande différence des palaces reposent sur la qualité de l'accueil et du service. La encore, tout était excellent avec des personnes naturelles mais au petit soin. Sinon, palace très traditionnel dans son décor et ses salons et restaurants. Belle piscine couverte (heureusement vu le temps) en accès libre. Petit déjeuner varié. Chambre calme

Je tenais sincèrement à vous remercier pour votre accueil. Nous avons passé un véritable moment hors du temps, dans un des plus beaux hôtels que nous avons pu visiter, pour l’anniversaire de ma compagne. Un grand merci aux équipes de Monsieur Lisnard, à Karine qui a fait notre arrivée, à Alexandre qui nous a conseillé pour le restaurant, à Pauline pour son accueil au petit-déjeuner, à Olivier qui nous a ramené notre véhicule pour notre départ, à Gaëlle qui s’est chargé de notre départ, au voiturier qui nous a accueillis et à celui qui nous rapporté la voiture ensuite, Franck et Olivier. Un grand merci également à toutes les équipes du housekeeping, la chambre était d’une propreté impeccable, aux barmans qui nous ont servis, au cuisinier qui nous a préparé les meilleures omelettes que nous ayons pu goûter ! La bienveillance de votre personnel, les attentions qui nous étaient adressées nous ont vraiment beaucoup marqués et il était relativement difficile de partir, tellement nous nous sommes sentis bien dans votre établissement.

We received a warm welcome from the staff on arrival by car, my husband is very particular about parking his car and was happy that the concierge was confident to park it carefully. We had several requests during our stay and each were met with courteousness. Would highly recommend

Première fois à l’hôtel barrière pour venir boire un verre puis profiter du brunch dominical. Le lieu est magnifique et les personnes à l’accueil très aimables. En revanche, le service d’un verre a prit 30 minutes. Pour le brunch, on nous a installé puis laisser livrer à nous même. Le brunch n’est franchement pas digne de l’enseigne Barrière.

De l’accueil au départ le personnel a été efficace et disponible sans pour autant être envahissant. Lit très confortable donnant sur un panorama plus que magnifique !! Les petites attentions de l’hôtel ont été très appréciées 😉 L’espace bien être est calme et agréable. Nous avons passé une magnifique nuit. Merci à vous tous !

The hotel is a five star experience. We speak no French but the concierge Thierry contached us via email. He helped schedule massages at the hotel spa, offered maps and directions to amazing nearby sights and helped us schedule reservations at close by spectacular restaurants. The room was sparkling clean, breakfast was delicious, the bed was lovely. I hope we are able to return.
