This is a tough one, there was some bad and good about here. The bad... the rooms were dated, needed airing out, the carpets past their prime and one of our rooms had holes in the tub that had been crudely repaired. The good... the price was cheap, which was a plus as we needed more than one room, right off the interstate (one of our vehicles needed repairs), they have smoking rooms (!!) and probably the most comfortable bed we had in a while. We really slept great. It's only rated at 2.5 stars so I didn't have high expectations and it fit all our needs and we had a great night sleep. So for a hotel with this rating I'd have to say it was above average. Very good seems too positive, more like good but we don't have that choice here now do we.

Travelling across country and made a reservation a couple hours before we arrived. The location is very convenient to the interstate and it shares a parking lot with two fast food restaurants and a gas station which was very convenient.. The staff was very polite, helpful and professional. My real issues with the property was the smell in our room. Still not sure if it was a cigarette smell or just musty from not having been aired out, It is not overwhelming, but it was noticeable. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. The property in general was in good condition, nice indoor pool and plenty of well lit parking. Breakfast was mostly the bare minimum, but what they had available was good. If you need a room for 10 hours on a long trip, it will suffice.
