Hotel per le famiglie molto ben attrezzato e organizzato, a disposizione biciclette gratuite e tantissime aree attrezzate per i bambini. Buona cucina con una buona scelta di portate,pizze nel weekend e un occhio di riguardo ai bambini. Camere spaziose e pulite. Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. Piscina e zona Spa ben strutturata e pulita , che dopo aver fatto un giro nella posta ciclabile adiacente all' hotel è proprio un toccasana. Consiglio

Ci siamo esattamente sentiti in questo modo: a casa, ma con ogni possibile confort e la totale possibilità di usufruirne. Alpholiday ha un enorme punto di forza nel servizio di Miniclub e Nido: la cura che viene dedicata ai bimbi è speciale, le attività che vengono proposte sono tantissime e ruotano ogni giorno. Nostro figlio aspettava il momento di andare al Miniclub come un premio e tornava sempre super felice. Altro immenso punto di forza è il centro benessere. Le piscine sono meravigliose e piene di angoli idromassaggio, quella esterna comunicante con l'interno è in una posizione perfetta per ricevere sole nei momenti giusti della giornata e la terrazza panoramica annessa la rende un posto ideale per relax o lettura. Abbiamo apprezzato molto le camere del primo piano, come la nostra, dotate di piccolo patio esterno che è un grande valore aggiunto per guardare le stelle la sera. Cibo eccellente, servito con dedizione da personale gentile e attento, varietà di proposte non solo per il gusto ma anche per la salute. Nei dintorni consigliamo: 1 - fare rafting (magari in un giorno piovoso, come è accaduto a noi, cosa molto elettrizzante) con TrentinoWild, un gruppo di guide molto esperte e simpatiche; 2 - Flying park a Malè, dove i percorsi di albering sapranno divertire anche i più esigenti 3 - gita in bicicletta sulla pedociclabile che porta a Pellizzano. Esperienza complessiva ad Alpholiday: eccellente, ideale per famiglie che desiderano unire percorsi ed esperienze in natura con momenti di profondo relax.

Partiamo dai punti forti : ottima la cucina, porzioni giuste, non troppi grandi così si riesce a mangiare primo e secondo senza esplodere, il buffet potrebbe esser più vario. Molto gentile e professionale il personale di sala. Camere ampie e ben disposte, letti comodissimi, bagni completamente da rifare, vecchiotti e mal funzionanti, non da hotel a 4 stelle. Bella la piscina, quella dei bimbi non sempre pulita però… Animazione: voto 10 e lode alle dade del baby club, in particolare Angela ed Anna Maria, veramente brave con i bimbi… Voto 2 agli animatori del mini/junior club, apatici (anche durante la baby dance) ed inesperti. In generale Hotel a 4 stelle forse un po’ sopravvalutato, soprattutto per gli standard del Trentino.

Ritengo grave ed inusuale per una struttura di tal livello e costo, far pagare le bevande a parte. Va bene le bibite, ma non l'acqua (è vero che era scritto nel preventivo, ma me ne sono accorto quando avevo già prenotato, altrimenti avrei scartato tale struttura poichè non la ritengo una bella cosa). Non mi è mai capitato in alcuna struttura. Inoltre le guide delle escursioni, a parte il giro in bici e ed il rafting, hanno spiegato poco o nulla durante le escursioni, spesso non attendendo i vari componenti del gruppo. Sembrava quasi non ci fossero. Farle da soli sarebbe stata quasi la stessa cosa. Infine l'impiegato calvo alla reception è realmente poco simpatico. Per tali motivi, in relazione al costo sostenuto, non ci ritornerei e non lo consiglierei
