Hotel was full of bugs in our room. When I asked for a refund or to move rooms they couldn’t accommodate me. Said they would send someone up to catch the bugs. The general manager responded post stay and offered a refund. Ever sense then he won’t respond. I escalated to corporate who said they would follow up in 3-5 days. It’s been a month. I understand things happen, and I appreciate they tried to remove the bugs however they need much better customer service. Recommend to avoid this place.

This hotel sits right on the river, our room had a balcony overlooking the river and it so very nice and clean and updated. My only complaint with the room was the lighting in the bathroom needs to be updated, it was kind of dark trying to put on makeup. The furnishings were nicely appointed, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The hallways smelled Amazing! I dont know what type of airfreshners they were pumping through but it was so nice! The breakfast was good, it was your typical hotel buffet breakfast but it was good and the area was clean. The breakfast area offers a view of the river as well as outdoor tables overlooking it. It was a beautiful location and a very nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming as well.

An amazing hotel! The setting is beautiful with a view of the river from the breakfast area and our balcony. Beds were comfortable - very soft. Breakfast had many options, including a machine to make fancy coffee. Quiet and clean. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to all of our friends!

The location, on the river, is very scenic. Each room on the river side has a private balcony overlooking the river, a great place to sit and eat a meal or relax. The motel is conveniently located just a mile off of HW 441 and is not on a main road so there is no traffic noise. A great place to stop over before heading up into the Smokeys. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, a wide selection of food, served hot. The kitchen supervisor was very attentive to the guests. She made sure the food was available and circulated among the guests to make sure everything was ok. The dining room was comfortable and spacious, with seating available on the deck overlooking the river. The people at the front desk were very helpful and personable. We have "our place" to stay when heading to the Smokeys.

We recently stopped in Dillsboro and chose the Best Western River Escape Inn and Suites, intially because of the reviews and the great price. We got there late at night and were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful river view on a back porch for breakfast! Plenty of seating, rockers and just the river sounds and peacefullness. The food was wonderful, great selection of hot/cold items and the attendant was pleasant. The checkin was easy, front desk people were pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean, as was the bathroom, water pressure good, air worked fine. My daughter and I agreed MOST COMFORTABLE HOTEL BEDDING EVER! We will definitely be back!

This location was great. Away from town just a little bit, on the river and at the base of the mountains. Room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious for sure. The balcony was very enjoyable to enjoy coffee in the morning and beer at night and just listen to the water. Only issue was parking but every night we were able to find a spot even if it was pretty far away from the main doors. Staff at the front desk was always friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!!

I almost hate to rave about this hotel as it’s become a destination for us and I want to keep it a secret. It’s a great location at a great price, and it’s clean, friendly staff, and one of our favorite BW Hotels. Sit on the balcony or porch and listen to the river. Heaven!

Excellent stay. Hotel is spotless. Located right on river with outdoor patio to sit on and enjoy the water views. Wood fire was lit on patio to take chill out of the air. Pool water crystal clean. Hot tub perfect. Included breakfast had many types of choices, all very good. Very friendly, accomodating staff. Price was excellent. Good location, back in the woods, away from main roads . I would definitely stay here again!

We stay here every time we are in the area. This hotel is always super clean, great staff and wonderful view of the river. The breakfast is always good.
