Beautiful property, but lots of issues. Indifferent staff, poor quality furniture and noisy AC among many other problems, kitchen table was falling apart, showerhead felt like it was going to fall off at any minute, AC unit in the living room was so noisy we had to turn it off at night in order to sleep. Zero recognition as a Hilton diamond member other than "oh you get free parking". Wait, what, there's a parking charge? Yes it's normally $15. Would've been nice for you to disclose that upfront. Had an urgent package addressed to me at the hotel and "delivered" from Amazon on Monday. Hotel staff told me they didn't have it and I needed to go to the post office to get it. Went to the post office, they said they didn't have it and they were sure the hotel staff had it. Checked again on Tuesday and Wednesday-nothing from the hotel. I checked again on Thursday and magically the package had appeared. Apparently, no one at the hotel had bothered to go by the post office to pick up packages there addressed to hotel guests. Digital key never worked despite being "reprogrammed" by front desk staff 5 times. Each time I went to the front desk with any type of requested felt like I was bothering them or taking them away from their iPhone. I sent a letter to the GM after we left outlining our concerns and received back an AI response with absolutely no offer of consideration/credit or even a measly offer of Hilton points. We will be staying elsewhere next time we visit Summit County.
