Very, very strange hotel. I had breakfast included in my reservation, upon arrival I explicitly asked the hotel employee if it was included, 'Yes' was her answer. Fine, I also dropped off the laundry.
The next day I got the laundry back. Soaking wet. 'It doesn't dry outside because of the rain' was the excuse. In itself this can happen, but I had to pay 5 dollars for this (while I normally pay 2 dollars for laundry). So I was stuck with soaking wet clothes that started to stink in my backpack that I had paid for and for which I had to pay again a day later because it had to be done all over again. What a drama and what INCREDIBLY bad service, YUCK.
When checking out I was presented with the bill, 20 euros for breakfast! Then I got really angry. I had contact with the Trip.com employees via the chat, they confirmed that I had breakfast included. The employee stood her ground: pay, it's not included. When I made it clear that I simply would not pay because I had breakfast in it, he agreed and I could leave without paying for breakfast.
Unfortunately I had to pay for the wet smelly laundry.
