Bir kere ikramlar çok kötü. Sosyal aktivite yok. Havuz pis. Çok ses var. Balkonlarlardaki izolasyon hiç iyi değil. Gece uyuynmuyor. Ailece gidilecek bir yer değil. Ayrıca otel memnun kalmayıp gidenlerden 1 günlük ücret kesiyormuş. Sahilde yan yana oturduğumuz hanımefendi dedi. Önermiyorum.

Çok eski ondan da ötesi hijyen ve temizlik asla yok camlar kir içinde el degmiyor kapıyı açmak için denizi taş içinde son derece deniz kenarı bakımsız her şey dahil ancak her şeye su katılmış tüm içeceklere beş gecede bir gece zor kaldık o da mecburen.. dört gecenin parasını büyük bir kesinti ile zor kurtardım paranıza yazık bunu bilin

Otelde resepsiyon tarafında, iptal edilme ücretinin müşteriden kesilme kurgusu var. Dikkat edin! Otel buradan haksız yere çok para kazanıyor. Resepsiyonnda otelin çok kötü olduğunun farkında. Müşteri kaybı üst düzey. Konu şöyle gelişiyor: Otel çok kötü olduğu için, eğer müşterileriler otele girip bu kötü hizmete sebep gösterip odaya girmeden hemen ayrılmak isterlerse, resepsiyon direkt aynı gün sanki 24 saat otelden hizmet almışsınız gibi tüm gün ailenizin parasını kesiyor. Müşteriler haksız yere madur oldu.

Firstly having given notice of driving over to ensure reserved parking I was informed to park on the street? Meal times were given and if you arrive between dining experiences you could buy food or use your credit cards in the available vending machines. All inclusive nearly!. Rooms although clean & tidy were spartan, with no facilities to make a drink. 4 plastic cartons of water were provided in the fridge. Having walked to the beach to the rear of the hotel a coffee station was available to serve cakes & cookies between 17:00 and 18:00 . The bar served drinks in paper cups and when asked what cocktails were available a vodka and sprite duly arrived. The bar had limited choice and the rose wine was more like grape juice. The dining experiences at 19:30 was almost like going back to school with the food hall suffering from a lack of setting out enabling self serving from both sides which would have reduced all the queues & serving times. The food was limited rice , pasta, roast chicken, some kind of stew a well stocked salad bar& a dessert section. Whilst the food was edible its choice was limited , chips and pizzas were available at extra cost. The 4 star service one expected was really two stars more than it should be & really was a disappointment. We informed them that day we would be leaving after breakfast. This hotel is not for us, having stayed at other 4 star hotels in Turkey this was really a disappointment. Rather than moan continuously we decided to bite our lip and see if the breakfast was any better. Sadly again food was limited, excellent salad & cheese bar

Otele girdiğiniz gibi bir başıboşluk sezdik. Daha sonra personellerin olumsuz davranışını izledik, odaya çıkmadan yemek yemeden, saydığım olumsuz durumlardan dolayı iptal etmek istedik. Otel bomboş olmasına rağmen, resepsiyon 1 günlük ücretimiz kesti. Böyle paragöz ve şikayetleri dinlemeyen bir yerde kalmak ister misiniz?

Otel dayanılmaz şekilde pis kokuyor. Her yer çöplük. Ayrıca resepsiyonda "Gözde isimli kişi" çok antipatik. Dinlemiyor insanı. Tüm kumsal onu konuşuyor! Hata yapıp gelmeyin buraya. Bütün sene biriktirdiğiniz paranızı, Gözde isimle bayanla tartışıp ona kaptırmayın!

Çocuklu aileler olarak değerlendirmemi yapabilirim: Malesef genel WC ler çok pis. Havuzlar bulanık. Çocuklar için genel aktiveler yok. Resepsiyon şikayetleri kabul etmiyor. Yemek arası aperatifle rçok zayıf ve pis.
