如果不是離火車站近，房間還算可以，真是半分都不想給！服務巨差！特別是我們剛到的時候前台的早班和下午班員工，粗魯至極，沒想到法國人這麼粗魯，還是做酒店的！酒店確認涵是每房收税，但是前台堅持按人頭收，不是錢多錢少的問題！溝通中態度極其惡劣，既然這麼不喜歡中國人，就不要做中國人的生意，攜程應該剔除該酒店！最後攜程及時處理妥當，攜程退款秒到賬，點贊！ 攜程訂單確認涵必須收好，以便核實。

The service is very good. The front desk gave us guidance for going out for dinner and visiting the small town. The stairs are painted bright red, which is very emotional.
