I tried to move my reservation by one day. I didn’t want to cancel and thought i was giving enough notice to move it but they were not flexible and would not allow the change, or refund me my money. You would think customers would get better service than that.

Tres bien situé, proche centre-ville a 2 pas de la gare.Tres beau bâtiment avec des escaliers en bois typique.
Tres bon accueil, literie impeccable et tres calme,malgre une chambre sur la rue.
Seul bémol, changer la moquette ou opter plutôt pt un sol moins salissant, c'est dommage et ca n'est pas a leur image.

Accueil chaleureux par une dame super sympa qui nous a expliqué plein de choses à faire dans le centre de Dijon . Chambre confortable très bonne literie . Gros bémol sur le petit dej pas digne d un 4 étoiles . Déjà un escalier pour y accéder, je suis PMR et pas facile . Salle de petit dej très petite , froide , œufs brouillés , lard froids , très déçus de ce côté là .
