A cosy apartment within walking distance to most tourist attractions, and yet at a quiet location. Clean and tastefully decorated with antique furnishings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The good breakfast was another bonus. Highly recommended!

The perfect stay!
The decoration of the hotel just amazing.
The location is in the center, can easily walk to all the sightseeing’s.
The host Yuka did help a lot with everything.
The breakfast in the room was delicious.

The location is very good, with all the attractions in Dijon right in front of you, a complete Citywalk! The room is very clean and although it has a long history, it feels like you are back in the Middle Ages. The housekeepers are also very welcoming and considerate, and free breakfast is delivered to the room…

All was according to the expectations and even more. The room was ready before check-in hour and the owner was very nice in letting me check-in before. The decors and set are very original, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast is beautifully presented and it's really all you need to kick off the day.

Yuka is the most gracious host you'll ever find. Her apartments are centrally located to old Dijon, which makes it easy to walk everywhere & enjoy the old city. Our room was very comfortable & the breakfast included was unsurpassed on our French journey & Yuka's homemade jams, were simply delightful. The apartment was secure & quite. I will be recommending staying with Yuka to our family & friends. 11 out of 10.

This is a hidden gem. The outside doesn't look much but we rang the doorbell and Yaku came immediately and greeted us by name. She took us to our room which was nicely decorated as per the photo. It had a fridge, microwave, kettle and a sink. It was very comfortable 4 poster bed. The showroom was nice and shower was very good. There was also an A/C unit for when it was very warm (up to 34C) whilst staying there. the actual hotel was right on the edge of the old medieval heart of the city and you were walking into the heart within seconds. Despite being so central it was very peaceful, both during the day and night. Yaku brought us breakfast to the room everyday at our chosen time between 7am and 9am. Yaku was very courteous and friendly. Well worth staying there. We would stay there again. N.B. the only downside, was getting to the hotel by car as the streets are narrow and confusing, but there was an underground car park nearby (less than 5 minutes walk)

The exterior of the building hides a very charming style of accommodation. We booked 3 rooms the Regency, Empire and Romance, they are all beautifully furnished in different style with antique furniture. They are more like a large self-contained studio with a basic cooking facility but well equipped necessity. Very comfortable beds. The host and hostess are very welcoming, kind and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely homemade jam was provided to go with the lovely bread. I highly recommend Le Petit Tertre and would definitely stay there again if I visit Dijon again.

Sehr besonders im Vintagestyle. Sehr nette Gastgeberin .Sehr leckeres Frühstück wirklich alles super und genau wie beschrieben...hatten einen Parkplatz gleich vor der Tür und da Sonntags kostenfrei.
