酒店位於第戎老城，離老佛爺很近。客房比較小，浴室很大。酒店餐廳是米其林2星，小小的十幾桌。非常遺憾沒提前預訂，錯過了。不過周邊步行5-10分鐘有許多餐館，特色蝸牛和紅酒牛臉肉都是值得嘗試的，芥末烤雞尤其推薦。

Très bon accueil. Il est difficile de se laver dans la baignoire sans savonnette, le gel douche ne remplaçant pas. Télécommande TV difficile. Petits déjeuners d'un bon rapport qualité/prix. Trop d'amuse-gueules au restaurant, très bon par ailleurs.

We have been staying at Hostellerie Chapeau Rouge for over 20 years to break our journey down to the south of France. It is conveniently located in the centre of Dijon. The hotel and rooms are modern, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff are exceptional - they are polite, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. There is secure overnight parking for an additional charge which is very useful for us.

Malgré les problèmes d'accès a l'hôtel liés aux travaux dans la rue, tout a été fait pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. Service voiturier au top. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est aux petits soins. Cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons été surclassés. Merci et a bientôt.

Ze waren aanneemt stras aan het werken voor het hotel waardoor aankomst wat ingewikkeld was. Maar ruim van tevoren een e-mail en sms daarover gehad. Top! Initial kamer klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Geen optie voor iemand die slecht ter been is ivm alleen via trap te bereiken en douchen in bad. Drankje in de bar zeker aan te raden.
