Fantasitic stay! Perfect location, central and close to all attractions. Family room was exceptional, spotlessly clean and exceeded our expectations. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend if visiting Dijon.

La struttura è' in una posizione assolutamente strategica. Proprio all'inizio dell'area pedonale del centro storico. Si arriva fin li con l'auto e si posteggia nel parking antistante l'hotel. Camera ampia con balcone dotata di ogni confort (bollitore, macchina Nespresso.....ecc. ). Materasso e cuscini comodissimi. Biancheria da bagno nuova e di qualità eccellente. Pulizia top. Personale gentile, disponibile. Tutti parlano perfettamente anche la lingua inglese. Purtroppo avendo soggiornato solo una notte non abbiamo potuto usufruire di spa e piscina che erano inclusi nel costo della camera.

Un bel hotel nuovo vicino al centro con un letto comodissimo addirittura il topper e cuscini in piumino d’oca personale molto gentile e disponibile nonostante non parlassimo l’inglese e molto poco il francese. Velocità nel check-in e anche alla partenza

Quanti disservizi !!!!! Aria condizionata non regolabile o nulla o da ammalarsi diretta sul letto apribile di nostro figlio e super rumorosa. Set di cortesia all’osso…. Abbiamo richiesto una salvietta in più non era possibile averla.. lo stesso per 2 cuscini in più… non e’ possibile fare una richiesta!!! La stanza per 3 persone disponeva solo di 2 bicchieri e di 2 tazze e di 2 bottigliette d’acqua. Una volta aperto il divano letto per mio figlio impossibile accedere al bagno e alla porta di ingresso. Il divano letto si apre praticamente a filo di una parete. Bisogna passare sul letto, oppure chiuderlo ogni volta.. assurdoooo!!!!!! Divano letto materasso molto sottile È scomodo ! Non da ultimo si definisce struttura accessibile anche in carrozzina… ascensore sempre occupato da personale di servizio. Abbiamo atteso non so quanto ascensore per poter accedere alla sala colazioni.. forse 20 minuti sempre Occupato da lavanderia colf personale di servizio.. Incredibile…

Hotel parfait ! L’accueil de l’hôtel était très bien. Nous avons pu déposer nos valises le matin et les récupérer l’après-midi lors de l’inscription. L’équipe de l’hôtel est très gentille, serviable et n’hésite pas à répondre aux questions. La chambre était magnifique et très propre. Le cadre de l’hôtel est parfait car on a beaucoup de chose a proximité. Expérience parfaite et je recommande vraiment cet hôtel !

Quirky but nice hotel in a renovated building. Staff was very nice and our suite room on floor 1 was clean and fresh. The location was great and you can walk all around the town center which has an abundance of shops and restaurants. Be prepared fro a long wait for check in and check out unless you are coming or leaving an an off time. The staff is competent enough, but they didn't provide ample space for the reception area when they did the renovation, and it Becks up very quickly. If also seems they are having some issues with their reservation system, as they were asking everyone to pay when they arrived and when they left, and everyone was telling them they prepaid. Ultimately we didn't see any double payments on our CC so there was not issue. Would still come back.
