Отель-пансионат. Номер просто огромный для одного. Находится в 10 минутах езды от остановки междугородних автобусов и вокзала Université. Автобус прибыл после закрытия регистрации, но очень вежливый и готовый помочь персонал встретил и заселили в отель. На утро не удалось найти фен и чайник. С чайником помогли милые леди на ресепшн за что большое спасибо.

Review: neither average nor very good.. let's say okay We liked: - welcome - private parking (and closed at night) included - apartment size for 2 - quiet and well heated - sufficient equipment for a weekend We didn't like: - atmosphere in the cold apartment.. light bulbs on the ceiling not "dressed" ... no decoration - cleaning to improve (hair pillow and bathroom floor) - shower seal and wallpaper to redo It is not a hotel but an apartment/hotel in a non-medicalized senior residence 20 minutes walk from the historic center.

This was a stop off sleep for our journey from UK to south of France. We arrived late and it was dark. Cute place. Brilliant safe parking. Supermarkets very close by. Clean and just what we needed to get some sleep ! The bed was comfy and bathroom very clean.

Mindopening idea to open a senior residency
The city was fully booked and so we decided to give it a try: stay in a residency for retired people.
Not only we were curious ;-D. Remember the ladies sitting on the bench and watching us arriving and unpacking – a bit like bird watching. And yes, we are a kind of exotic birds somehow – and so were they. The teens were grumpy about that, but we are closer to ageing and so:
I find it such a rewarding idea from the management to rent out appartements for temporary guests and travellers. The residents appeared so friendly and relaxed. And interested.
Plus the staff was super helpful and generous: we were allowed to late checkout due to a car problem.
We all will be ageing at some point and it is a surprising encounter to integrate this in our daily awareness, even in travelling. Mindopening! I'll look for such opportunities in the future.

Appartement très spacieux chambre confortable grande salle de bain et grand salon. Le bâtiment est superbe dans un espace de verdure ideal pour se reposer. Seul bemole gros mangeur le petit déjeuner n'est pas trop adapté
