Stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage last weekend with family. There was no towel which we noticed while taking a bath. The rooms are damp and exactly the same as I remember it to be in the year 2011. There was a constant rumbling on the roof for which maintenance was called in. There is no intercom to call anyone. One has to call at the reception number or even better scream out across the garden just in case someone listens. The tea kettles and utensils are broken and dilapidated. Also don't be surprised if someone comes to pick up the money for your food ar 11 pm all of a sudden and won't listen to you if you say that let it be added to the bill. Dolphin was a pleasant memory but I would avoid it now. They really need to catch up. Also I paid 7500 to mmt for all this.

Lovely precious and family friendly hotel....I always love to stay in this hotel.... good location 5 minutes walking distance to sea beach...food is very tasty staffs are very polite and gentle...

Washroom was dirty and stinky when I asked to clean it they said we already cleaned it.. and said “Jo hai yahi hai “ and food that we ordered in our room was very bad in taste we left it totally and searched for other restaurant to have some good food… we ordered Paneer butter masala but instead they sent us something that was too sweet and totally white in gravy like cream or something like cream has been mixed with sugar and served to us. Bed was also very small in width. Me and my partner barely managed to sleep together at that small bed.

The location of the hotel was good. I didn't take any food from the hotel restaurant, so I cannot describe the food quality. But the room was dirty and congested. The toilet does not have any exhaust system to pass the air. We requested to change the room, but they didn't .
