I Have Booking 07.01.25 to 09.01.25 But Today Only Two Hrs I am Staying Over There.
Because Very Unhygienic Bed Sheet Towel Blanket and Couch.
They Provide Me Used Blanket.
High Price Low Maintenance.
Property Can't Provide Any Toothpaste Brush but They Charge High Price.
Even I can't Take Any Lunch Broken Tea Table.
My Child are Handicapped Even He can't Walk when He Take Bath and use Towel Lot of Rash Comes out His Body.

Check out time is 9:30 am but you cannot get a cup of tea before 8:30 am. In such a situation how can you get ready. Breakfast timming is 8: 00 am to 10 am. So, very difficult to get ready for checkout.

Good experience. Enjoyed the hospitality. The room amenities could have been better. The intercom was not working, but we used the direct phone no to contact. The electric kettle was malfunctioning.

The hotel is nice, staff behaviour is very nice and helpful, but according to the price is not worth it, the balcony is very dirty by the bird and also they don't provide toiletry in the washroom, new digha sea beach is more than 1 km you have to pay 150 inr to reach their

1. Poor food quality room is below average staff is very rude. I was pay for breakfast 3 adult and 3 children but without breakfast we checkout the room. Pathetic is the correct word
