Absolute Empfehlung für Dietzenbach, auch nach meinem zweiten Aufenhalt hier sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, gut ausgestattet (TV, Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher, gut ausgestattete Dusche, Fön, schnelles Internet, sehr bequeme Betten, .....gute Lage (10 min zur S-Bahn - auch von Autobahn gut erreichbar) . Alles tip-top sauber, sehr nettes Personal und auch gutes Frühstück.

Awful experience awful hotel. Room was infested with mosquitoes. Complained the next morning, was told this would be sorted. The second night was even worse. I was bitten head to foot. Hotel refused a refund firstly tried to say bites could have happened anywhere. Then they had the nerve to email me saying it was my fault for opening the window. The cleaners opened the window, I closed it everyone I went in. I could not handle another night there so went to another hotel. Didn’t receive anything back from the charlatans who also may I add charged for breakfast every day of which I didn’t receive. Avoid this hotel at all costs. If you do go take your own drinks their bar doesn’t open.
