Sehr schlechte Betreuung. Rezeption ist absolut überfordert. Zimmer waren nicht sauber. Check ins waren problematisch und haben ewig gedauert. Personal war nicht fähig Probleme zu lösen. Eins der schlechtesten Hotels in denen ich je war.

Stayed one night on business, it’s about 30/40 mins out of Frankfurt but with that distance you get a much larger room at reasonable prices. Bit strange as only one floor seems to be for the hotel but the lady who runs it is very friendly. Breakfast was decent, hot food choice a bit limited but pleasantly surprised was an option m, alongside cold cuts and bread.
