auch bei mir wurde der Flug gestrichen und ich bekam einen Hotel-Gutschein. Das Frühstücksbuffet würde ich liebend gerne probieren aber ich muss wahnsinnig früh wieder los. Die Begrüssung fand ich aber äusserst herzlich, vielen Dank auch für das Begrüssungsbier und das Lunchpaket. Ich hatte noch nie einen elektrischen Kamin im Badezimmer, ein Highlight! Vielen Dank für die Freundlichkeit, das hat mir sehr gut getan nach diesem wirklich anstrengenden Abend am Flughafen! Das Zimmer hat alles was es braucht, ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Ihr seid ein buchstäblich süsses Hotel!

In 30 Jahren Dienstreisen habe ich noch nie so viel Auswahl an Müsli und Marmeladen bei einem Frühstücksbuffet gesehen. Last minute een hotel gevonden voor een overnachting op de terugreis van onze vakantie. Supervriendelijke ontvangst bij aankomst. Een welkomstdrankje werd ons aangeboden en dat is altijd top!!! De kamer is zeer groot, een prima bed en een ruime badkamer met inloopdouche. Helaas geen plaats meer om buiten te eten,waardoor we binnen een tafel kregen aangeboden. Hier was het behoorlijk warm, geen airco aanwezig in dit gedeelte. Lekker gegeten tegen een schappeljjke prijs. Ook hier is het personeel heel vriendelijk en correct.

Hotel molto carino in pieno stile bavarese! Camere pulite e molto comode. Colazione abbondante e molto variegata. Servizio molto presente è disponibile! Pulizia perfetta degli ambienti! Comodo come base per poi recarsi a Francoforte. Lo consiglio!. Anche il prezzo direi ottimo!

The staff was very attentive, the property very clean. The restaurant had good food, and the breakfast was phenomenal. I wasn't a big fan of the room decor, and thought the room could use some updating. But my stay was very pleasant.

Nachdem wir am 24.06.2022 den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren und viele Stunden am Frankfurter Flughafen auf unseren Flug nach London gewartet haben, wurde der Flug gecancelt. Völlig erschöpft, traurig, ratlos und über 400km von zu Hause entfernt, bekamen wir vom Lufthansa Personal Gutscheine für das Hotel Sonnenhof in Dietzenbach. Dort angekommen wurden wir von der Besitzerin auf das herzlichste begrüßt. Die Anspannung legte sich und wir bekamen Zahnbürste/Paste, Kamm usw.. Im neu renovierten und schicken Zimmer fanden wir Duschbad, Seife, Nagelfeile usw. vor, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten, da wir ohne Gepäck im Hotel angereist sind. Unsere Koffer befinden sich leider auch heute, am Tag 8 nach unserer geplanten Reise, irgendwo im Besitz der Lufthansa. Abendessen und Frühstück waren sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Wir fühlten uns aufgefangen und hatten sehr nette Gespräche mit der Familie des Familiengeführten Hotels. Hiermit möchte ich mich ganz herzlich für die Fürsorge und Betreuung in diesem schönen, sehr sauberen Hotel bedanken und der Familie alles erdenklich Gute wünschen. Mit lieben Grüßen, S.
