Da hat alles gepasst- Service, Entspannung, Kulinarik und Ausblick. Wir waren zum Kurzurlaub da. Auch wenn das Wetter sich nicht von der besten Seite gezeigt hat, war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr erholsam. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Bis bald!

Da es uns zum Frauentagsbuffet gefallen hat, haben wir zum Geburtstag meiner Mutter einen Tisch im Restaurant gebucht. Da die Speisekarte recht kurz war, ist es um so unverständlicher, daßß wir eine Stunde auf das Essen warten mußten. Der Spargel wurde zu Recht unter dem Schnitzel versteckt - so grau sieht er nicht aus, wenn ich selber frischen Spargel koche.

Top Service, zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr schönes Haus in der Anlage sowohl innen aks auch aussen, feines Restaurant. Wellnessbereich ansprechend. Der Ausblick grandios. Programm fürs ganze Jahr-Ansehen lohnt sich. Wir empfehlen das Resort und kommen wieder.

Das Hotel war sehr schön eingerichtet, die Zimmer und das Bad sehr modern. Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und bot eine große Abwechslung. Das Abendmenue für 42,00€ schon sehr, sehr wenig. Ohne die Salatbar wäre man hungrig geblieben. Der Spabereich mit Pool auch sehr schön. Leider gingen viele Besucher mit Badesachen in die Sauna. Es war auch kein Personal zu sehen, was da eingreifen konnte. Bei Bemerkungen wurde man noch angepöbelt. Da sollte das Hotel entgegenwirken. Eine Beschilderung oder Piktogramme für die nichtdeutschen Besucher wären ein Anfang.

Wir waren bereits mehrfach im Märkischen Meer und werden auch wieder im Hotel am Scharmützelsee Erholung suchen und finden. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal ist mit Freundlichkeit - Aufmerksamkeit mehr wie lobenswert und das ist auch der Grund, daß man wieder so gerne dort verweilt - natürlich mit der fantastische Lage am See und der ausgezeichneten Küche mit einer sehr gut durchdachten Speisekarte und Auswahl - auch das Frühstück ist perfekt.
