Stayed in the Phuong Nam for 2N whilst in DBP. I was attracted to the place as it combined high TA rankings with a competitive price - £9 per night. Its very good value - the rooms are clean and of a decent size. Bed comfortable. Shower hot. My room wasn't cleaned on the second day, but as I was only staying for one more night I didn't see this as an issue. But worth noting. The location is decent. The key DBP attractions (museum, A1. Hill etc) are about 15/20 mins walk at most.
