We stayed here for five nights. The villa's pool was comfortable, the interior design was beautiful, and the daily cleaning was excellent. Contacting customer service via WhatsApp was very convenient. We added on extras like in-room BBQ, floating cocktails, and floating breakfast, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast buffet also had a wide selection. If you're coming here based on the impressive website, be prepared for a few things: 1) The building next door is under construction, so there will be noise and ruins visible when taking photos. The beach next door will also be littered with trash. The hotel itself has no control over this; the beach on the hotel's side is kept very clean. But you'll still see it when you pass by, so be prepared. 2) The villas are so close together that almost every window can see the villas in front and next to it, so we kept them closed almost all the time. We also had to accept that three or four other villas could see everything we did in our private pool. It's worth noting that The Five doesn't have many amenities, but it's part of the same group as the neighboring Shilla Monogram Danang. You can walk there to use other restaurants and pay to use some of the facilities, but it's best to check in advance, as we received some conflicting information. Both parties were quite helpful in the end. Also, the villa had limited hot water—it was fine for showering, but it couldn't be refilled for soaking. Eventually, customer service helped us use the Shilla sauna. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

We stayed for three nights from August 9th to August 12th. I was worried after reading reviews because there wasn't much nearby, but I absolutely recommend it for a family trip. Two families were there, and we had a wonderful time swimming leisurely, enjoying the privacy and quiet. Breakfast wasn't huge, but it was delicious, and most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly. It gave us a positive impression of Vietnam. The airport pickup and drop-off service wasn't just a Grab taxi, but a large van, which was incredibly convenient. On our last day, my husband left his phone and wallet in the car, and I was so touched by how they took responsibility for finding them. I was so grateful. ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ It's a great place to travel with your parents. It's a shame there's no pool like other resorts, but we were satisfied with the pool villa. The Shilla Monogram Resort is right next door, so it's nice to visit occasionally to experience the resort. (Shilla Monogram does crack down on illegal activities, lol.) As the reviews say, there's no supermarket or small store nearby, so you'll need to buy water and snacks before you go! Other than that, it was a very satisfying accommodation!

If you are going on holiday with a group, I highly recommend it, we were a couple, a three-bedroom villa, we didn't even go up to the third floor, otherwise it is quite suitable for a five-day holiday. We are on motorbikes, so there are no problems with food and shopping, if you are on foot, then everything is very far away.
