The resort is not at all consistent with the photos. It is very poorly maintained. Several villas are abandoned. The equipment is outdated. Breakfast is shabby. We had booked 3 days and left after the 1st day. No refund granted by the hotel

Un cadre magnifique ! De jolis bungalows avec piscine privative et tout le confort situés dans un parc au bord de la plage. Un calme et une tranquillité absolus dans un petit paradis. Des hôtes charmants, discrets mais efficaces.

Great resort. Surrounding by lots of Coconut trees with authentic villas. Staffs are very friendly and the owners are lovely. Quick place. We visited several time and we were never disappointed. Best quality price report. Absolutely recommended

This is a weird place to review as the resort is quite rundown and I think we were the only people staying here. However our room was fantastic and the staff were helpful and super friendly. The photos of the surrounds should be ignored as they do not reflect how the resort looks now. Breakfast was fantastic with a reasonable cold buffet with the cook happy to do eggs or a Vietnamese soup. Our room had its own pool but we also had the main two pools to ourselves. Right on the beach to walk to beach cafes. So fair warning, if you’re a resilient traveller and like quiet and empty beaches you will love this place if you come with an open mind. If you’re a little bit special and want a place where everything is done for you then find somewhere else.

We booked this property based on the beautiful photos and the photos were clearly old or misrepresented. Whilst the staff were kind enough to upgrade our booking, the. 'Private pool' was greenn / orange. The main pools were all calsified and my kids and husand all sustained minor abrasions from these, the equipment was all well past broken and damaged and dangerous and no other guests were staying at this place. Whilst with some TLC this place has amazing potential, for family's, in it's current state, I would say this s downright dangerous which was very disappointing.

Magnifique hôtel situé dans un immense parc au bord de la plage. Nous étions dans une petite maison individuelle très joliment décorée et parfaitement confortable avec une piscine privative. Existe également une grande piscine au bord de la plage et bien entendu une magnifique plage privée, calme et propre. Tout était extrêmement propre et accueillant. Le personnel est discret mais efficace. Les petits déjeuners sont parfaits. Un havre de calme, de paix et de sérénité a qq minutes de Hoi Ann et de Danang.

Emplacement idéal en bord de mer. Chambres, villas avec ou sans piscine privée. Plusieurs autres piscines réparties dans un magnifique parc fleuri. Comfort et décoration des logements plus que satisfaisants. Restaurant, bar, jeux extérieurs, possibilité de massages. Personnel à l'écoute et réactif. Sa manager parle français parfaitement et fait en sorte que votre séjour soit inoubliable. Tranquillité et calme loin de l'agitation de Hoi An.

Sublime resort, jardins magnifiques, plage privée, plusieurs piscines dont certaines avec des villas individuelles. Calme et sérénité. Possibilité de massages. Personnel agréable et dévoué. Sa gérante est aux petits soins et parle admirablement le français.

Do not book this hotel. Bookings.com should remove it as it is derelict, unsafe and not as per the advertising. There are no staff, buildings are mostly derelict, only a couple of rooms are open, no bar, no other facilities, we were unable to find a receptionist for approximately 30 mins- we think a local person was woken when we arrived. I was electrocuted in the outdoor shower. In the rooms that were open, Air-conditioning only worked in a 2 out of four bedrooms, fridge did not work, no maintenance had been done for some time. Wood rotting around pool area. It seems local people were living within the resort area in shanty houses. The staff did not seem surprised when we told them we were leaving and found alternate accommodation. This was extremely disappointing but most of all unsafe for our children.
