다낭시내와 호이안의 중간에 위치하여 있으므로 사전에 이동계획을 잘 세워둘 필요가 있음. (리조트에서 롯데마트와 호이안의 거리가 같음. 7인승 기준 그랩 20만동)
다만 호이안 무료 셔틀(25분소요) 제공하므로 편리함. 이용계획 있거든 반드시 사전에 셔틀예약 필요.
직원수는 충분히 많아 어디서든 필요한 도움이 가능하며 다들 젊고 친절함. 키즈풀 및 메인풀 접근성이 뛰어나며 풀빌라 역시 가성비가 좋은 편.
키즈룸에 유-무료 액티비티가 있음.(초1과 함께 3가지 유료 액티비티 이용함. 그리기 만들기 등. 각 15~20만동 수준으로 저렴함)
조식은 평균 수준이나 시간대가 넉넉해서(오전 11시까지) 브런치 하기 좋으며 레스토랑 3곳 중 원하는 곳 방문 가능함.
매점이 다소 빈약한 감이 있으나 롯데마트 배달도 가능하므로 크게 개의치 않음.
룸서비스는 중상위권 레스토랑 수준의 퀄리티임. 가격도 전혀 부담 없는 수준.
