I was not allowed on a flight from Phu Quoc to Da Nang due to visa issues, I immediately contacted the hotel, tried to either cancel the reservation or return at least part of the money, but, unfortunately, the hotel did not meet me halfway. This can happen to anyone, no one is insured against it, so I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances!

No complaints! Everything was great! Especially the breakfast! The Japanese manager was always in the lobby from 6am to 10pm to welcome guests and provide all kinds of help! The other staff were all diligent, warm and friendly! It's the best place for a relaxing trip. It's a quiet beach with lots of palm trees, it's close to Hoi An and the city and there's a free shuttle bus, and when you come back tired you can take a bath in the big bath. I also used the free rental of ao dai. And above all, the hospitality of the staff is amazing! They were quick to respond to all kinds of requests.
I'd like to come back when the weather is nice.
