Wir waren mit Freunden 4 Tage (Arrangement Terrassenmosel) im Hotel Pistono. Die bisherigen Bewertungen bzgl. der Halbpension können wir nicht bestätigen. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber keinesfalls mehr und das abendliche Menü (Vorspeise und Dessert wird serviert und Hauptgericht nebst Salat am Buffet) ist allenfalls durchschnittlich. Es wird nicht rechtzeitig nachgelegt und an den ersten 3 Abenden gab es immer das gleiche Dessert. Das Zimmer, zum Garten mit Balkon 2. Stock, war absolut in Ordnung. Hervorheben möchten wir noch das wirklich sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Servicepersonal, ausgenommen der Rezeption. Ganz daneben war die Reaktion der Seniorchefin auf zwei berechtigte Reklamationen. Und zum Schluss, das WLAN existiert gar nicht oder nur in Fragmenten, Internet ist darüber nicht möglich.

Meine Partnerin und ich waren am Wochenende vom 12.07.2024 - 14.07.2024 zu Gast im Hotel Pistono in Dieblich. Von der schnellen Buchungsbestätigung, der Vorab-Kommunikation und dem Check-In und unseren persönlichen Wünschen (zum Beispiel der Allergiebettwäsche) war alles entsprechend vorbereitet. Unser Zimmer hat unseren Vorstellungen in vollem Maße entsprochen. Ein sehr sauberes, ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon und einem wunderschönen Blick in die Gartenanlage haben uns empfangen. Sowohl das vielfältige Frühstücksbuffet (07:00 – 10:00 Uhr) als auch das Abendbuffet (ab 18.00 Uhr) lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ein Lob an die Vielfältigkeit und liebevolle Eleganz der einzelnen Speisen. Hier wird auf die Frische (zum Beispiel der Backwaren) und Regionalität großen Wert gelegt und das schmeckt man auch. Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir an das freundliche Personal aussprechen! Es ist jederzeit motiviert und ansprechbar, ohne einen Gast im Service zu nerven. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne, entspannte und aktive (Wandern) Zeit, abgerundet abends durch den neuen Spa-Bereich, der sehr sauber, ruhig und modern angelegt ist. Wir haben das Hallenbad und die verschiedenen Saunen genossen (Handtücher und Tee) inklusive. Ein rund-um gelungenes Wochenende an der Mosel was wir jedem empfehlen können.

Spent 2 nights here at Easter, what friendly staff and delicious food! No one can complain about that! Then they have a sauna room that is neat and spacious and a plus in our opinion! The only thing I would like to give as a tip is that the receptionist should explain when checking in that there will be a nameplate for you on one of the tables where you will sit with the food during your stay! So that this is clear to the guests that they know this because we had an unwilling guest who refused to leave our table and also did not pay for her drinks... How annoying that must have been for the staff... That's the scariest tip I can give! Also a big compliment!

Cute hotel newspaper with weather, excursion tips and sayings on the table every morning. We were there over Easter and would come back anytime. Beautiful new wellness area. Comfortable beds. The hotel is well equipped. Our room was large and the mattresses were very good. The bathroom was well equipped, but could have been a bit bigger. There are two elevators that make it easy to reach the rooms on the upper floors. All we can say about the half board is: very good. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and the evening buffet always had very tasty dishes. A good mix of German and Italian cuisine, which tasted excellent every evening.
