Aquasis de Luxe Resort & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

I Stayed at Aquasis Deluxe Hotel and Spa based on Jet2 website, which makes this hotel look stunning. I bought this holiday for my wife's 40th Birthday so I wanted it to be special so I paid extra for a swim up lake house. No where do you let people know that these are in the shade and the pool is too cold to get in at this time of year. We had sun on our part until 1pm. Everyone I spoke to wasn't happy about the extra paid for a lake house to not use it. I stayed in room 2109. On arrival at the hotel we were given our room and we and our bags were taken to the room. The receptionist explained where the bars were and where we could eat. The next morning I went to ask about the WI-FI which was useless and was told by reception that's all there is.When you log in it works for 2 mins and then goes off as it did on all four phones we had with us. As I couldn't get on the app I asked when the welcome meeting would be to be told it had already happened and the rep had gone. I had paid for all inclusive plus as per the website stating international branded drinks included. I have copy and pasted Jet2's wording exactly here - Expect All Inclusive and then some Maximise the value of your holiday even more with All Inclusive Plus. You’ll get all the advantages of All Inclusive, as well as international branded drinks and other great perks such as 24-hour room service, a bigger choice of à la carte dining and luxury extras. You can imagine my surprise when I was told I had to pay for them. This immediately spoiled my holiday as it's all I drink. I then spent the day drinking poor drinks that gave me heartburn as I couldn't afford to keep buying Jack Daniels at the 7 Euro price wanted. Eventually Monday night I paid for one Jack Daniels and Coke at the end of the night. I was asked for my room number and to sign the bottom of the slip. Tuesday passed the same and again I had 1 Jack Daniels at the end of the night. At this point realising that if you are a girl and flirt with the staff you can get any drink for free. Witnessed also by my wife and others. On Wednesday I was speaking to a Couple who were going home who told me they had been drinking Jack Daniels all week for free but you had to get it in the Lobby Bar only. With this I went to ask at the lobby bar and was told by the young girl (I think possibly the duty manager), that I would still have to pay. She told me it was a new concept by the management. Again not happy I purchased a drink on Wednesday night. Thursday was the same. Spoilt by the poor drinks and again purchasing 1 Jack Daniels at the end of the night. These were purchased from Recep each evening and will be on camera. On Friday I decided to go and check what my bill was with reception. I was told 95 Euros. I explained what I had had to drink and so was Shocked to find other drinks were added to the order after I had signed on every night. I have the receipt for this. Lovely holiday. Perfect for families. So many facilities. My only regret is not coming earlier when it would’ve been warmer as we could not use the outdoor pools or get in the sea. We did dip our toes though! The beach is nearby. Literally on the hotel. The indoor pool water was a bit cold. Food here was great too, my only complaint would be there wasn’t much fruit variety and the desserts were not that great. Seemed a bit stale. One other complaint is that our room fridge was not refilled. We had to request this at one point as we ran out of drinking water. As we came out of season, some of the food facilities were closed, like the Turkish pancake bar but the ultra all inclusive includes midnight buffet etc so that does make up for it. We did use the spa facilities and Widiya at the spa hammam and massage is fantastic! Had a relaxing time there. We will definitely be back in the warmer months.

This place is lovely..... the only let down is the beds are solid and there are so many flies on the food in the restaurant......... which made us not want to eat anything staff are not interested ....... for a 5 star hotel this is a very big let down....

The property was good. The Aquasis entertainment that happened each night was fabulous. The performances were par excellence. We as a family waited each night for the different programs and had a blast. Amazing. The other facilities were good. Gym was good. People were very warm and friendly.

Where can I start, the hotel is stunning and the grounds are beautiful. We stayed in a lake room. The view wasn’t the best and people walking past on a night would make a lot of noise which was annoying. - the food was nice - The animation team are amazing. -the waiters and kitchen staff are amazing and work really hard. -the beds are really hard and not comfortable but the pillows are comfortable. - the cleaners do not clean properly ! I have a dust allergy and I was coughing every night and needing my antihistamines everytime I would come back to the room. We had an ashtray that hadn’t been emptied once, they didn’t clean anything properly just made the beds and moved a few things around. - some of the reception team are friendly but most of them look like they don’t want to be there and are not helpful if you have a query. - guest relations team also just sit there staring at you blankly when you go to them with a query and make you feel like your bothering them if you try ask for assistance. The attitude is awful. They are more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. We booked excursions from Charlie in the lobby through regal travel had a really good experience and reasonable prices too. There is a cash machine right at the entrance of the hotel barriers if you need to exchange money. Overall the hotel grounds are stunning and the staff do work hard but the cleanliness of the rooms and the attitude of guest relations and reception ruined our holiday to be honest.
