Aquasis de Luxe Resort & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

Checked in quickly, luggage taken to our room. Lovely hotel, rooms In the main building were big and very clean & the pool area is big and cleaned often. The little coffee shop does great cakes & coffee and mini rolls late at night (ideal if you land late at night like we did) The ice cream kiosk is open for a few hours each day, that was really nice. Big buffet restaurant, huge seating areas, food is nice, lots to chose from (probably too much) We preferred to eat in the snack bar and beach bar as was less stressful for us as a family. The only issue I Found was that it was quite stressful walking round with a child with a nut allergy trying to read all the allergens for each dish. We managed to find something every night, but was usually plain pasta, rolls and salad (Most of the pasta sauces had some kind of nuts in) On a few occasions we asked someone who looked like he was in charge and he came back from the kitchen with fresh tomato pasta sauce without any nuts etc so that went down really well & he was very helpful. A separate section for nut allergy’s would have been amazing! So maybe something to think about for future. The lady in reception on the guest services was really helpful when booking the Mexican & gave us a card with the allergies on. Pool area and slides are fantastic & they throw a very good pool party! No problems getting a Sunbed & we went in half term so was quite busy! The games room was a big hit with the kids & the park is nice and big. We didn’t use any of the kids club etc as the girls had each other and preferred to watch the shows in the evening with us. We found the Shows in the evening great to watch on the big stage & the girls liked the candy Floss/popcorn that was on sale. Not sure if we would return, maybe the bigger hotels are just not for us as a family but we all had a great time and have many happy memory’s & photos.
