Aquasis de Luxe Resort & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

This place is lovely..... the only let down is the beds are solid and there are so many flies on the food in the restaurant......... which made us not want to eat anything staff are not interested ....... for a 5 star hotel this is a very big let down....

Stayed for 9 nights 27th - 5th November. Can’t understand the bad reviews about rude staff as we never experienced this. Quite the opposite actually. We stayed in the lake houses and although our room was small we don’t like to stress about rooms on holiday, literally just for sleeping. We found the area nice and quiet on an evening away from the entertainment. Unable to comment on the entertainment as we spent evenings at the park, and a couple of nights at Topkapi. The park is the best park we have experienced at a hotel, big, well maintained and clean. Our son loved it and spent so much time there. Topkapi was also amazing, the fillet steak chef special is a MUST. Still craving it now. Entertainment there on a bit late for us, 22.30. The kids club was also amazing and I wish my son would have utilised it. I would have been more than confident to leave him there with such plentiful and wonderful staff. It was so clean and the facilities spot on. I loved the food, my husband not so much. It definitely needed to be hotter. Busy restaurants don’t bother us, everyone there to enjoy themselves in their own way. The snack bar closed part way through our stay which wasn’t a problem, you can’t go hungry at this hotel but we missed the waffle station. Drinks we had were wonderful although we only had gin, vodka or soft drinks. Could do with chocolate or vanilla milkshakes for the kids as my son didn’t like strawberry or banana. The pools were too cold to go in which was disappointing for my husband but we visited Antalya in august and it was so hot all you could do was be in the pool so I enjoyed the different type of holiday. There were, as mentioned a fair few flies in certain areas but we didn’t let these bother us. It’s just nature. Same in the UK where we live this time of year. Had a pedicure which was €20 and my feet were like new, definitely recommend this. Hotel is wonderfully clean, spacious and even when busy (as it was October half term UK) you could always get a sun lounger at any time of day. Really enjoyed it here. One star off for food not being hot enough and FREEZING cold pools but everything else made up for it. Lovely family time together.

The property was good. The Aquasis entertainment that happened each night was fabulous. The performances were par excellence. We as a family waited each night for the different programs and had a blast. Amazing. The other facilities were good. Gym was good. People were very warm and friendly.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and spotless! The water slides for kids are amazing, and there’s a huge selection of pools to choose from. The beach is stunning, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The food is delicious with plenty of variety, and there are tons of activities for children. The kids' club and playground are fantastic, and the shows for both kids and adults are really entertaining. The drinks are great too! This hotel is perfect for families with children, but also ideal for couples – there’s something for everyone. We will definitely be coming back!

Our experience was mixed but primarily negative. We upgraded to an executive suite for £400 on arrival, which looked great on face value. However, after the first night the bath leaked all over the apartment floor. This was addressed but the cleaners left all the wet towels on the floor that were used. We then proceeded to have a bath on the 3rd night, assured all was fine, then we find the bath won’t hold water and plug is broken. This was reported on multiple occasions and to my knowledge is still broken today. Given a bath is the only option for the on suite room this caused us issues. The hotel staff were not helpful and did not fully accept responsibility with little effort to make this right- no part refund offered. In addition, the food is bland. Same dishes every night. All was served cold or just warm. The dining room was full of flies and one of our family got food poisoning that lasted 36 hours - turns out a few others from other families were also sick.
