We had an absolutely amazing time at Prive Hotel! Came from the UK with my family and we were seriously impressed 🏖️ Massive thanks to the Mini Club dream team — Aziza, Büşra, and Emine — you ladies work like absolute legends! 💥 The kids loved every minute and we could actually relax knowing they were in great hands. Everything was top-notch — vibes, activities, staff. 10/10. See you next summer! 🇬🇧❤️🇹🇷

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to several major issues with the building and facilities. The entire property feels very outdated, and there is no air conditioning in the main building, including the dining area, reception, and hallways, which made things extremely uncomfortable, especially during the hotter parts of the day. One of the most concerning aspects was the lack of a smoke-free environment. People were smoking everywhere—especially around the kids’ pools—which was very unpleasant and not family-friendly at all. There were no designated no-smoking zones across the hotel grounds. Very slippery around the pools. The hotel only has three lifts, which are nowhere near enough for the number of guests. During meal times and in the evenings, we spent a frustrating amount of time just waiting for an elevator. The bathrooms in the rooms were in poor condition—rotten and in desperate need of renovation. Similarly, the spa facilities were very run down. The one shower available had market-style curtains, and the area flooded each time we used it. It certainly did not meet any reasonable expectations for a spa experience. On a more positive note, the food was good and we appreciated the effort from the staff, who were kind and helpful despite having limited English, which occasionally made communication a bit difficult. Overall, while there were a few positives, the condition of the facilities and the lack of basic comfort and cleanliness would make it hard for us to recommend this hotel, especially to families with children.

We booked the family suite which is spacious and has two bedrooms. The view across the bay was amazing, but if you looked down to the ground we were above the unseen parts of the hotel that was messy - it did not bother us though as we were barely in our room. We arrived late at 02:30am and there was no food for us but we did have a fully stocked mini bar that was replenished every day! Beds were nice and comfy, the room could be cleaner - the floors were dirty and made the kids white socks brown so we wore the free slippers in the room. The pool is great, not too busy but the jewels of the holiday was the food and the staff. All staff are very helpful. The animations team were great fun, especially Christina and David who remembered all our names and greeted us every day with smiles and energy. Kemal the restaurant manager was the star at dinner times - the kids loved his magic tricks and would ask if we could sit in the part of the restaurant where he was working so that they could see him. Kemal went out of his way to interact with us and to teach us some Turkish which we used on our holiday! The food was absolutely amazing - freshly cooked to perfection everyday and a wide choice.

Otelin yorumları iyi diye özellikle bir çok otel arasından tercih ettik ama malesef beklentimizi karşılamadı.yemekler lezzetli ama çeşit az , masa bulmak için köşe kapmaca oynadık her gün. Saat 4/7 arası yiyecek hiç bişey yok ultra her şey dahil otelde 2 yaşındaki çocuğuma yedirecek bir tek şey bulamadım akşam yemeğine kadar.Animatörler çok acemi. Temizlik vasat. Yalandan üstüm körü yatak toplanıp gidiyorlar. Yataktaki çarşaf yatağa küçük sürekli toplanıyor yatamıyorsunuz bunu resepsiyona 4. Söyleyişimde değiştirdiler. Lavabonun musluğu bozuk dedik ustalar sabah geldi saatlerce uğraştı bize tuvaleti mümkünse akşama kadar kullanmayın dediler güler misin ağlar mısın. Bir gün geçmedi tuvalete çatıdan su akmaya başladı söylediğimizde odaya gelip akan yerin altına çöp kovası koyup gitmişler mükemmel çözüm. Dalga geçer gibi. asla aldığı fiyatı hak etmiyor otel. Odada çöp kovası yok , aşırı küçük bir oda. Genel anlamıyla memnun kalmadık.

Otelde 4 gece konakladık,temizlik konusunda iyi değiller,odalar günlük üstünkörü temizleniyor,özensizce yataklar toplanıyor,son günümüzde banyo havlularını odaya koymayı unutmuşlar ,2 kere resepsiyona bilgi vererek temin ettik,aksam yemeği öncesi havlu beklemek zorunda kaldık.Otelde kullanım alanları birbirine çok yakın ancak küçük,şezlong ve yemek masaları yeterli değil ,insanlar bunlara ulaşmak için köşe kapmaca oynuyor resmen,sahil halk plajinda oldugu icin dısaridan gelen insanlarin da şezlong kullandığına şahit oldum ciddi bir kontrol yok, çoğu personel ilgisiz,Coffee house daki hanımefendi güleryüzlü,ilgili ve kibar yaklaşıyor müşteriye ve snack bar daki personeller işlerinin hakkını veriyor.Farkli otellerde ayni fiyatlarla daha iyi hizmet alinabilir,yorumların abartılı olduğunu düsünüyorum.

Hotel is really lovely. Bedrooms are very clean and comfy. The food and drink are really nice, I like the table service. The entertainment team are so lovely! They do a lot throughout the day and in the evening lots of shows. The team are great and really like Anastasia and David.
