We were advised to book brand new hotel of Barut hotels as we had ones stayed in Lara Barut Collection once and trusted the brand although airport and transfer took a few hours of our holiday. The first impression was good at hotel as we arrived. No one noticed that we were a return guest. Booking A la carte is simply the worse we ever had. Although we paid for Ultra and A la carte were included somehow we were not able to book Tiger or Fish Camp at all. We talked to guest relationship and told that they would sort it out but NO. So we could not enjoy our evenings at dinner as a family. Cleaning was spotless all over hotel and rooms inside. Daily activities are very limited and boring. Evening show are repeating every week. They should do better and interactive programme so that we can have fun. Disco and music is rubbish. No manager in Soa Play house to run it properly. We were told that they will make a special price for 2025 unfortunately we could not get any offer or replies to out mails. Better to pay less and stay better quality hotel than Anda Barut. Disappointing!

I can honestly say this hotel is the best I have ever stayed in, everything about it is modern and immaculate, the staff are friendly and helpful, but the best part for me was the food it is top end restaurants quality, we are back on 21st March for my wife’s birthday. Can’t wait.

Good morning Team We are coming to your hotel again on March 21st 2025 for 3 nights We stayed last year and it was fantastic Staff where very polite and competent Food fantastic Cleanliness was very good staff cleaning all the time I cannot praise this hotel and staff enough Cannot wait and we will be back again a few times this year as bringing my daughter and her son in May 2025

Das Anda Barut hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Service war Spitzenklasse. Überaus freundliches, zuvorkommendes und reaktionsschnelles Team, die Zimmer ein Traum und die Anlage wirklich beeindruckend. Unser Workshop wurde zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Das kulinarische Angebot ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen und es hat alles ganz ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Die A-la-Carte-Restaurants bieten zusätzliche Abwechslung zum ohnehin schon üppigen und abwechslungsreichen Buffetangebot. Ein absolutes Highlight: die Kellner auf Inlineskates an den Pools. Probieren Sie auf jeden Fall auch die Cocktails an der Bar im Community-Bereich, während Sie sich eine der tollen Shows auf der Showbühne ansehen. Auch das Fitnessstudio und das Spa sind definitiv einen Besuch wert, genauso wie der Rutschenpark im Family-Bereich. Wir waren als Reisegruppe für einen Social-Media-Workshop hier und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an das gesamte Team des Anda für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung und die Möglichkeit auch den Rest unseres Aufenthalts hier verbringen zu dürfen. Macht auf jeden Fall weiter so!!

Avoid Watersports at all costs. Terrible customer services and poor safety. It was very difficult to pay for the services on offer as they only accepted cash, which I imagine was for tax avoidance purposes. They offered to take you to a cash machine via speedboat that was miles away. I was offered a bank transfer which I now regret agreeing to. I was advised it hadn’t gone through so sent again only to find later that both went through. Despite complaining to the owner and the hotel no refund has been offered which is poor having spent thousands on the holiday. Whilst on the trip our friends were thrown off the banana boat and one sustained a head injury. No first aid was offered.
