Don't expect too much. The food is mediocre, so are the drinks. The pool is insufficient. The location is nice, the waiters and staff are nice.

Брали путёвку за 2 дня до предполагаемого отъезда. Отелем очень довольны. Как нас и предупредили изначально мало кто из персонала знает русский язык, но это ничего страшного, - так как скачали приложение "переводчик" и он очень помог в нужные моменты) Анимация супер для детей, аэробика у бассейна 🔥, отель чистый, вид спокойный , море рядом)) Спасибо большое за прекрасный отдых! Жаль что побыли мало дней

Birçok otel deneyimi olan biri olarak söylüyorum ki geldigime pişman oldum. 4 gece olan rezeevasyonumu otelij internet sitesinden aradigim numara ile yaptimm onlar da tatilbudur ile anlasmaliymis. Neyse otele yerlestigimizde banyoda dus basliginin kirik oldugunu wc sifonun calismadigini resepsiyona 3 kere arayarak dile getirdim. Kuf, nem ve sinek konusu da cabasi. Herhangi bir apart ya da pansiyondan oda tutsaydim emin olun daha kaliteli fiziksel şartlarda kalirdim. Kalan gunumu iptal etmek istedim bugunu zaten saymayiz yarini da keseriz bir gunluk ucreti iade ederiz dendi. Yani kisacasi tatilbudur ve otel paramizi aldik, sizin memnuniyetiniz bizim icin hic onemli degil yaklasimindalar. Otelin denizi guzel onun disinda otelde ne akliniza geliyorsa berbat.

Oda temizliği ciddi şekilde yetersizdi; her yerde pas izleri vardı ve altı gün boyunca ne nevresim değişti ne de yastıklar silkelendi. Özellikle saç dökülme problemim olduğu için bu durum beni fazlasıyla rahatsız etti. Tatlı çeşitliliği yok denecek kadar azdı; her gün aynı kek, sadece rengi değişmiş şekilde (bir gün yeşil gıda boyalı, ertesi gün turuncu) sunuluyordu. Sahildeki şezlong sayısı otelin kapasitesine kıyasla oldukça yetersizdi, kalabalık saatlerde yer bulmak mümkün değildi. Genel anlamda hijyene önem verildiğini söylemek zor: Altı gün içinde elime temiz diyebileceğim sadece bir ya da iki tabak geçti, otelin dinlenme alanlarındaki minderler ise hem yerle kıyaslanacak kadar pis hem de eksikti. Dinlenmek için tercih ettiğimiz bir tesiste bu kadar temel hijyen eksiklikleriyle karşılaşmak üzücü.

Merhabalar. Aile tatili yaptık.Yaşadıgımız tatil deneyimi ile ilgili tecrübelerimi paylaşmak istiyorum. Öncelikle Tatil budurdan aldıgım bu tatil için Tatilbudur temsilcisini otelde hiç görmedim. bana sadece wassap msjı atarak görevini tamamladığını düşünüyorum..problemimizi anlattıgımda sadece çözülüp çözülmediğini sordu :) Otel konum itibari ile gerçekten cok güzel bir yerde. Malesef Otelin otopark problemi var. içeride yeterli alanları bulunmadıgı için arabayı yol kenarına bırakmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Otelin konumu , havası , denizi gerçekten harika. personellerin müşterilerle iletişi cok güzel. Animatörlerin özellikle çocuklarla olan iletişimleri cok güzel. gün içerisinde ve akşamları eğlenceli çeşitli aktiviteler oluyor. Öğlen yemeklerini standarda bağlamışlar. Akşam yemekleri bir nebze daha iyiydi. Yemek için Bebek masası istediğimde yok denmesi beni güldürmüştü. :) Gelelim olumsuzluklara, Odaya girdiğimiz günden ,çıktıgımız güne kadar oda da temizlik yapılmadı desem yeridir. Havlu ve çarşafları değiştirin dememize ragmen değiştirmediler. Otel çalışanları ile konustugumda temizlik personelinin yetersiz oldugundan bahsediyorlardı. Malesef oda bakımı ve temizliği benim için koskoca bir sıfır.. Plajda çalışan aykadaş gerçekten cok iyi niyetli fakat şezlong savaşları bu otelde de var malesef. Plajda çalışan arkadaşa bilgi verdiğinizde size şezlong ayarlama konusunda yardımcı oluyor.

Bu otele gittiğime pişmanım. Sabah kahvaltısı çok çabuk tükeniyor. Yenisini beklemek için 1 saat bekliyorsunuz. Kahvaltıya biraz geç gidin çay bulabilmeniz mucize. İçecek ve tatlıları da çok kalitesizdi. Ultra herşey dahil diye pazarlanan bu otel birçok herşey dahil otelden daha kötü durumda.

We are here just now and I have to say the food really is awful I've had an upset stomach all day from it. The hotel is very run down, our room is in a small wooden shack with a tiny toilet area that doesn't even have anywhere to hang your towels while you are in the shower. Both the bathroom door and the front door keep sticking. There are no British channels only one news which is in English but from Turkey so very poor. And my mini fridge doesn't work!! Some of the staff are lovely others are absolute d***s. There is nowhere nearby to exchange currency I can't remember the last time I stayed at a hotel and they didn't have a currency exchange at reception even 3 star hotels have currency exchange especially if the nearest one is in town. They don't have any maps of the hotel site and I'm completely at a loss as to where this a la carte restaurant is nor of the local area. The only good thing about this place is the beach, the water is lovely and the sand decently clean. I do like our maid as well she is doing a good job. There is no board to tell guests what the entertainment will be of an evening so take a guess or take a chance. This hotel is not even 3 stars I would give it 2 at best and that's only because it's sunny!!
