В этом курорте много гостиниц и хостелов, поэтому не рекомендую оставаться в этом отеле, горячая вода с перебоями, «смотрящая» отеля может нагрубить, поберегите нервы, 3-ку ставлю из-за уважения к официанту и уборщиц, а так 2, всем удачи

Good location. The staff was very attentive and friendly, especially would like to highlight the barmen and the driver. Thank you people The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast didn't meet our expectations. There was practically nothing hot for breakfast. All food is cold. You won't leave hungry, but breakfast should be better.

This hotel was beyond our expectations. From staff ambiance, to all amenities, to all the breathtaking views, to cleanliness, to friendliness, calmness, amazing breakfast and what not. One can not ask for a better staycation!!! Loved every bit of our stay.

Пишу отзыв находясь в отели. Прилетели мы с семьей на 7 ночей. Прошло три. Думаем съезжать. Начну с хорошего. Вид из окна, близость подъёмника и персонал. Персонал старается и делает все что от них зависит, а зависит немногое. Теперь о ПЛОХОМ. Отель находиться в Ж…мира или точнее в тупике Бакуриани, где цивилизации нет, вечером ходить темно ничего не видно. У нас был заказан номер на двоих взрослых и кровать для ребёнка (3,5 года). Пришли в номер, а там одна большая кровать и манеж для младенцев ( фото ниже), в который ребёнок просто не помещается. Начали возмущаться, нам дали другой номер с одной полуторной кроватью и односпальной. Так как был вечер и с дороги хотелось отдыхать мы согласились. Переночевав и не отдохнувши, так как тесно двоим взрослым спать на полуторной кровати, вернулись к вопросу третьего места. В ответ получили информацию, что надо доплачивать. В отеле находимся мы и ещё одна семья с ребёнком…. С горем пополам нам доставили раскладушку. Толи это туроператор нас кинул с местом, толи в отеле. Но это ещё не все. Завтрак. Может это и нормально, но для нас дико завтрак с 9 до 11. Фото завтрака есть. Должна быть шведская линия. Нам сказали, так как людей нет, бюджет урезан!!!!! Как вам? И это ещё не все. Кофе на завтрак РАСТВОРИМЫЙ. Заварной Кофе платный и стоит как в Макдональдсе Европы. Опять пришлось выяснять отношения. Нам сделали поблажку в виде ОДНОГО заварного Кофе во время завтрака. Почему одного не понятно. Обычно на завтраке при шведской линии он в неограниченном количестве. Кофе мы с женой пьём много. Сегодня заселились ещё одна семья и они тоже не довольны отелем.
