The bungalow we stayed in was right on the river which was great, and the location isn't far from various destinations, and the staff on duty at check in / out were lovely, but aside from this, there were no other positives to our stay which we cut short.
The bathroom was very dated with cracked tiles and the toilet kept making noises even when not being used.
Our first night was absolutely horrible with people in the neighbouring bungalows partying until 3.30am.
The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress needs to be replaced, and something bit us during the night. We couldn't sleep and this was the reason we cut our stay short. It was our first getaway in many years and it was a huge disappointment. I did let the accommodation know why we left a day early and they got in touch saying they would not offer a refund for the night we didn't stay but they would look into the points I raised with them regarding the bed..
