Hotel Paradise Surf

It so happened that our acquaintance with Venezuela began with this small cozy hotel. After a tiring flight and a long time to get our luggage, we found ourselves at the reception of this hotel, it was very nice to find ourselves in the cool and drink cold juice)) We checked in quickly, but as it turned out, the standard rooms are very small, and there were three of us, me, my husband and daughter. Many thanks to Joanna, she showed us the available rooms and moved us to a suite on the third floor, the surcharge was not very large, but the room was simply gorgeous, spacious and the windows looked directly onto the sea, in the morning you open the curtains and see the beach, palm trees and an endlessly beautiful sea. There was even a jacuzzi in the corner, but it did not work, they adapted to dry clothes on it))) The room was clean, the bed was large and comfortable, the bed linen was snow-white, they put one and a half liters of water per day. The toiletries included soap and shampoo. There really aren't enough towels, one foot towel for three people and one large towel each. Another minus is that there are no refrigerators in the rooms (only in the suites, I think), i.e. if you buy fruit or beer, you have to eat and drink it all so it doesn't spoil or heat up. What we really missed was our travel kettle, there are no kettles in the rooms, and we are such tea/coffee lovers. Breakfast is not big, you won't get full, but everything is delicious, both American and local. We gave our clothes to be washed (1 item - $1), they washed everything well and quickly. We stayed at this hotel for 9 days, and then Koche (this is a small paradise on earth, but more on that later)))) And finally, whoever called Thailand "the land of smiles" simply hasn't been to Venezuela, everyone is just so friendly, smiling, not just the staff and just passersby on the street. We were very pleased. If anyone is interested in something more specific, write and ask.

Пляж: у всех одинаковый на этой стороне острова) чуть волн, чуть водорослей, вода теплая Лежаков на всех хватает, тк серф и оазис - это одна группа отелей, мы ходим на пляж оазиса, он более тенистый (в последние дни нас уже начали оттуда гонять, типо вы не отсюда) Полотенца под депозит 20 долларов каждый - Переходники: надо покупать в отеле, но у нас многие приборы работают без переходников 🤔 - Номера: Надо просить не на первом этаже, тк там сыро и забегают ящерицы. В начале дали номер с неработающей сантехникой, пару раз поругалась, пару раз сменили номер, сейчас хороший номер, на 3 этаже. Вай фай в номере почти не работает, на ресепшн норм. Нет холодильника. Сначала не было горячей воды, поругалась, все есть теперь. (В оазисе номера лучше сильно, если небольшая переплата, можно туда брать) Полотенце не докладывают, надо иногда просить. Геля для душа и тд ничего нет. - Еда: В отеле завтраки, соу соу, не наешься, но так в остальных тоже Обедаем мороженым или хотдогами (магазины справа по улице) Ужинаем в Claret , там дешевле и вкуснее всего, но нужно найти место. (Там в меню не смотрите, заказывайте всё, что хотите, там все есть, и осьминоги и лобстеры. Больше всего советую креветки в чесночном соусе, это лучшее, что я ела в жизни) Чтобы найти Claret (на карте его нет): Если выйти на пляж и пойти направо и прогуляться метров 300, то увидите вывеску сначала кафе Los Pericos (он есть на карте), а немного дальше будет Claret. Там еще гамачки висят В маре маре ничего есть не советую, кроме пиццы. Она вкусная правда. Морскую пробовали. Остальное сухое и переплата в два раза Итог: лично я советую, любые мои вопросы решают, но надо ругаться, просить и тд) Для 3йки вообще шикарно, но пляж с волнами, в след раз поеду, где тихо будет

Lamento mucho como ha desmejorado la atención en este hotel desde semana santa hasta ahora. Llegamos a una Suite por un precio de $170 la noche. Solicitamos hielo para la habitación y nos mandaron a comprar una cava con hielo porque aquí no prestan ese servicio. Pedimos toallas para la playa y nos pidieron u deposito de $20 por toalla (pareciera que la vamos a robar). LA suite tiene Jacuzzi pero no sirve. En la habitación no tenía Direct TV porque estaba cortado, tuvieron que pagar para restablecer el servicio. Y la guinda del pastel, el desayuno colocan la porción de un niño porque así lo exige el dueño del hotel (esa fue la respuesta del mesonero). Anexo la foto La desidia del personal es insólita, desde la recepción, los mesonero y hasta el Gerente que nos mandó a comprar el hielo afuera. Muy lamentable porque somos huéspedes frecuentes de toda la cadena paradise (coche, yake, surf).

Un hotel cómodo a orillas de la playa, perfecto para ir en pareja o con la familia. Se percibe que hacen lo que pueden por prestar el mejor servicio, sin embargo, el personal necesita un poco mas de formación. La comida es buena, pero falta variedad y que sea mas abundante en el desayuno. En cuanto a las instalaciones, tiene sus detalles, pero soy conciente de que es un complejo que estuvo inactivo por el tema pandemia y que en mas de una oportunidad pude observar al personal de mantenimiento trabajando para corregir los detalles. Si tuviera la oportunidad de ir nuevamente, lo haría sin pensarlo, pues pese a lo antes narrado, nuestra estadía fue excelente.

Estoy asombrada, acá son unos ladrones, que irresponsables. Fui por unas vacaciones happy y me devolví a mi casa pensando en lo horrible que fue. De paso, el wifi es un asco. No es de personas inconscientes, es que sorprende lo malo que es. Espero y mejoren, acá tienen una crítica constructiva.
