作為度假酒店套房，真的非常失望，房間浴缸沒有，迷你吧就四瓶礦泉水。衞生間淋浴水巨小而且冷🥶幾乎沒有熱水，房間到處是蟲子，蚊子、蜈蚣。作為套房，跟普通房間一樣，衹能14:00退房。花1000多就衹是定了個房間面積大一點的快捷酒店，非常踩雷

酒店整體環境可以，房間有些地方衞生太差，特別是電視遙控器，得關電視，想不碰都不行，遙控器太臟了，影響到心情了

辦理入住給前台説了，要打開窗户能透氣看風景的房間，但是給了我一個打開窗户是封閉的廣告牌的房間，託起行李帶上孩子來到前台，讓換一個，前台嘰嘰咕咕找藉口説記錯了給我們的房間是不通透的。我又再次説了第二天娃兒要比賽的情況，給換了一個開窗是內廷的房間，但是半夜青蛙陸續不停的叫，導致晚上沒休息好。 酒店環境很好，房間也非常乾淨，需要的東西能及時給到，早餐也挺好吃，這些是非常好評的，每次來墊江都是在這個酒店住，這一次入住感最差。 給我的感覺就是，已經説清楚了我的需要，但是前台還是不理解客户的需求。
