酒店整體環境可以，房間有些地方衞生太差，特別是電視遙控器，得關電視，想不碰都不行，遙控器太臟了，影響到心情了

辦理入住給前台説了，要打開窗户能透氣看風景的房間，但是給了我一個打開窗户是封閉的廣告牌的房間，託起行李帶上孩子來到前台，讓換一個，前台嘰嘰咕咕找藉口説記錯了給我們的房間是不通透的。我又再次説了第二天娃兒要比賽的情況，給換了一個開窗是內廷的房間，但是半夜青蛙陸續不停的叫，導致晚上沒休息好。 酒店環境很好，房間也非常乾淨，需要的東西能及時給到，早餐也挺好吃，這些是非常好評的，每次來墊江都是在這個酒店住，這一次入住感最差。 給我的感覺就是，已經説清楚了我的需要，但是前台還是不理解客户的需求。

環境好，服務好，設施也很好，不愧是同學聚會的好地方，和10多年沒見的同學一起拍了好多美照，遺憾的是今年沒有約齊，明年準備組織更多的同學還來這裏聚一下
