After a four-week stay at this hotel, I feel compelled to offer a warning: DON"T STAY HERE if you value your money, time, and overall well-being. Initially, I discovered the hotel through booking website. However, I realized the hotel misleads potential guests by spamming booking and BNB websites with false information, rebranding, using fake names, and providing incorrect locations! Furthermore, the owner neglects to pay for the electricity bill, causing frequent and long power outages. I tried to solve my problem with them several times, but each time they came back with a false information and nobody took care of me and the other guests. My room was no less disappointing. It was outdated, lacked a fan, and was equipped with a non-functioning air conditioner and broken mosquito net! To make matters worse, the bathroom was damaged and the issue was never addressed correctly despite my multiple complaints. To anyone considering a stay in the area, I suggest you explore other options at the Diani beach. There are multiple alternatives with affordable pricing, responsible managers, and without sacrificing quality or your overall experience.
