The room is big, the distance between the buildings is large, there are many plants, the sea view is beautiful, the food changes every day, I didn't get tired of it after staying for 5 days, the waiters are very polite, but the medical resources are insufficient, bumps and bruises are inevitable at the beach, and there are very few band-aids. We had a family vacation in early May. This is not our first time at this hotel. The price/quality ratio is good. The only thing that really irritates us is the locals who are always pestering you and trying to sell you something with a 100% markup. We decided to walk to the newly-emerged island and realized that we had gone without slippers in vain. There were a lot of hedgehogs. The local "hike sellers" helped us out with their slippers, but the price for 3 people was 9,000 Kes, which is comparable to the cost of a motorboat that will take you to a place where there are many different fish, starfish, and other sea creatures.

Great Service and friendly Staff. Location is beautiful as well and got expectation matched the pictures wasn’t disappointed.
Could improve on having more utensils for the buffets as when there’s many guests plates/glasses become a bit scarce but overall everything was amazing keep it up!

The worst hotel of my life the hotel is very very dirty I found a cockroach in my room I inform the reception they arrive with a cockroach spray. The next day I lose a day with the manager because I want to be reimbursed and leave this hotel. She tells me that she can only reimburse me 188€ and offer me a massage and lunch something I did not want more 188€ is not even the price of a night there. So I called the trip customer service and they handled all the negotiations.

Beyond my expectation concerning the money I paid. The hotel is located in the right end of Diani beach. It provides complementary dinner and breakfast (buffets), and shows during dinner time. All staffs are friendly and very responsive.
