Posting this while I am still at the property, room no 8 and It's almost midnight..I booked a deluxe family room for 3 for almost 9000 INR and this is what I got. Poorly maintained room, The exhaust fan doesn't work in the washroom.. so the stink comes into the room. The shower has no water pressure because tap run together so bucket is the only option. Now at they are calling the plumber to fix .. what a crazy nightmare this has become. Beautiful property though. It's sad that everyone has had a good experience. But we are suffering after a tiring hike. No one seems to care. They did nothing to fix .

So the last time we went to west-end it was super duper experience and i was very impressed but this it was totally opposite, we booked the deluxe room but the room was very very small as compared to last time and also the tv was not working we complained about it approx 10 to 15 times but they were only sending the staff and nothing happened. At night, after requesting and complaining a dozen times they gave us another room around 11pm. We were finally happy but as soon as we shifted to that room we came to know that ac's water was falling directly on our bed head's, we were so tired and fedup of complaining that we just chose to adjus the whole night. So the experience was very poor this time.

Everything was good except Dinner Buffet was slightly under par, did not allow me to change to A La Carte by paying the difference. Had ordered A la Carte in afternoon which was good.

Extremely poor quality room and washroom hardly worth 1500 to 2000 against the rent charged of of rs 6500 per night with no cancelation facility.

Property is very nice, good staff and facility. The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included, the place was very clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay.
