I like the stay very much especially the food and service. I like people serving at restaurant and at reception desk. It was a seamless entry as well as check out. I remember the gesture and service of Milan in restaurant. Bed and bath was good. Had a good shower with right warm water not too high not too cold.

I had booked a room at Cocoon Hotel Dhanbad for my elderly parents, and they were scheduled to arrive much earlier than the standard check-in time. I requested an early check-in, and Mr. Niranjan Verma from the hotel staff kindly accommodated my request. He also ensured a timely pick-up from the railway station, which was greatly appreciated. The stay was comfortable, and I would like to extend my thanks to Mr. Niranjan and the entire hotel staff for their excellent service and support, especially to the senior citizens. I highly recommend Cocoon Hotel for anyone seeking a reliable and pleasant stay.

Room and food were very good and Housekeeping at best. Check in and out were smooth and breakfast was amazing. Staff here is cooperative and supportive. Niranjan and Rakesh are supporting to the entire stay............. N.........thanks everyone

Good and clean hotel only parking is an issue otherwise well maintained and courteous staff and centrally located in Dhanbad.Rooms are well lit and the bed is comfortable with working desk overall a good stay and experience good for business travelers

The staff is really sweet, polite and cooperative. They were very helpful and the manager was very supportive of every demand. Food was good. Really hygienic. The rooms are really clean. One must stay at cocoon while in Dhanbad, I hope such a reasonable but 5-star level service is made available in Delhi too. Thank you for a lovely experience.
