前廳小龔和楊娟很熱情，在辦理入住的時候服務周到細緻，入住完成在客房小樑送來了酒店的特色果飲。每一次到旌湖都感覺像是回家一樣。非常棒！

做為一家老酒店，房間設施稍顯老舊，前台服務人員還算熱情，大廳比較豪華，床品還行，雖處鬧市但還安靜，睡眠可以保證

房間老舊能理解，畢竟這麼多年了，但至少房間衞生應該注意，整個樓道和房間都散發著一股黴味，這個價位還不如一般的商務酒店呢！要不就把這棟樓關閉重新改造算了！
