Went to the beach and decided to stay an extra night. Booking here was easy. The front desk was welcoming and helpful. Had a great night's sleep.

Love the place, have stayed there a few times. Staff couldn't be friendlier .only reason not 5 stars like usual is the tv in our room only had half the screen working. Didn't watch much TV but I doubt it just broke that day

We were very happy with our one night stay at the Bay Resort. The location is ideal and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The room is a bit dated but it was clean and the beds were comfortable and that’s most important to us. The woman that runs the front desk was one of the nicest hotel employees I’ve come in contact with.

Our group stayed here for a bachelor party. The staff was super nice and very accommodating for our requests. Rooms were clean. Toilets are low sitting.

Bad experience. The front desk girls are really clueless and dumb. They keep pressing extra charges if you book from a third party. Not worth the money at all. Avoid !!!!The beds are comfortable and the view from the room was good .Rethink before booing at this property

We have stayed at this hotel for many years and always a good experience except for this year. When we arrived they tried to overcharge me by hundreds of dollars. When we got to the room it wasn't that clean and the sliding doors didn't work good. There was sand in our refridge. The pool was disgusting. When we left and got home they charged our credit card for 150.00 extra they said were for taxes and fees. Total bullsh**!! How can they charge a credit card after you leave for taxes and fees? I called and management didn't give a crap. Management has really gone down hill and so has the hotel it self.

Dated, but clean. Worth the money, kinda. Our room had something odd on the counter. Fridge didn’t work. Toilet sink very close, you kinda had to shimmy in to wash hands. Didn’t pay much attn other than that and it was just an overnight, so it did not matter to us. Had I stayed longer I would have asked for another room. The place was clean. You could walk places. You could sit next to the water. We’d try here again for a longer stay.

The sraff was wonderful i really enjoy them very nice lasys have fun with them the little time i was there yes i would go back again the bed was nor comfortable but everything ekes was great

The property was clean but could use a refresh. For the price it is a great deal. It is in a great location, walkable to the beach and entertainment. The ability to walk out of the room to sit on a private balcony or patio and watch the sun set over the bay in very nice. The staff were very courteous and helpful. I must not have read the fine print well enough and was shocked by the $175 fee for bringing a pet. That cost is for the week. Also a $16 fee for parking.
