I was not lucky with meals. They didn’t have options for late lunch and at dinner time, dinning area was full. I suggest you provide more information for in room service and hours for lunch and dinner. Other than that everything good

CCheongThe hotel restroom design is very poor! Wrong door opening position! Placing it next to the bed will disturb other guests when going to the bathroom at night. The worst thing is to use a glass door! It is clearly visible from outside when people inside are using the toilet or taking a shower 😂😂😂. It would be very embarrassing if father and daughter, mother and son, or brother and sister share a room! I didn’t expect there is such a hotel design in Australia!

GGuest UserThe resort is about a 50-minute drive from Cradle Mountain and a 15-minute drive from Sheffield. For me, the location is moderate and the price is reasonable, but the views from the other buildings are not good enough.
The house is fully equipped with a variety of kitchen equipment and utensils, including ovens, microwaves, toasters, rice cookers, etc. There are also washing machines and dryers.
There is a stove in the living room, and there are heaters and electric heaters in the room, making it very warm in the room.
I will stay again.
