Incredible experience!!! We stayed one night in the cottage and got to experience the amazing views of the monument, as well as dinner and breakfast with amazing people. The cottage itself is comfortable, but if you are staying here and like particular creature comforts, make sure you bring tea, coffee, creamers, bottled water, sodas etc. before you head into the park as there are no stores or purchase options once you are in. The line to get into the park can take at least an hour so you won't want to leave once you are in. The water is very, very hard, so the hosts gave us a jug of filtered water to help out. There is a fridge in the cottage which is nice, and a small stove top for cooking if needed. Be prepared for tents to pop up in the lawn near the cottage, as the hosts are wonderful at accommodating climbers. We loved seeing this, and how the lodge caters to everyone! We had dinner at the main lodge, which was 100% home cooked and wonderful. Our lovely hosts sat us down promptly at 7pm and gave us an amazing meal with other guests who were enjoying the experience as much as us. Similarly, the breakfast the next morning was just as lovely. The homemade scones were especially good! We would love to come back here in the future and highly recommend this as the best place to stay in the area!

This place went above and beyond my expectations! Awesome friendly and energetic staff, all knowledgeable about the area and just great to talk to. Felt like a family more than a place to stay. I camped out in the yard and used the hot water shower nearby which felt lovely during the hot days. I also went with DTL to CLIMB THE TOWER with the amazing guide Curtis! What an experience, super difficult and super satisfying to make it to the top safe and sound. Not only did DTL offer me a place to stay and guided me up the tower, another guide Gabe sewed up my hiking pants and a friendly mechanic Lily fixed my car bumper. I'm so thankful to have made it out here and stayed at Frank Sanders' lovely home!

Rachel and Gabe were amazing. Great hospitality, great food, and even better climbing! The climbing guide Curtis was top notch also. Very professional operation!

We had the pleasure of staying at Devils Tower Lodge in late August / early September 2025. We are climbers and hikers and wanted a place close to the Tower that also provided food. We found so much more. The location provided incredible views of the Tower from our lodging window. The breakfasts (included) and suppers (additional) allowed us to spend our time exploring and experiencing the area. The meals were served family style and allowed us to share stories, and travel plans with so many like-minded travelers. The staff was amazing, felt like family by the time we left, and we had many great discussions of adventure and experiences. Many of the staff were also accomplished athletes and climbers who have many experiences to share. I highly recommend this as a great immersive stop for any Tower visitor.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Devil’s Tower Lodge! You truly can’t get any closer to the monument—it feels like it’s right outside your window. The views are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset, and create such a peaceful backdrop to relax in. The lodge itself is warm and welcoming, with a shared common space that makes it easy to meet fellow travelers or just sit back and enjoy the atmosphere. The friendliness and hospitality here made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stay that combines comfort, incredible scenery, and a true sense of connection.

Great off the path experience with wonderful hosts, it was well worth the effort to get there. We had the dinner that was optional and it was excellent.

We were only at the lodge for one night but we'll be back. Stunning views out the window of the Grand Suite where we spent a very comfortable night. Breakfast was delicious the next morning with pancakes, scrambled eggs, and fresh watermelon. It was really a treat to stay here.

Regarding the property, it is excellent on all fronts. We camped, and the facilities were great. We also enjoyed the dinners, and all the staff were super nice. Regarding our climb, my own words will not do justice to the limitless skills of Hobo Greg, so I borrowed a quote from Sir Raymond Priestly to do the job. Greg expertly guided my son and I to the top, feeding our souls along the way and giving us an experience we will never forget. Greg will inspire you with his meticulous attention to detail, unending patience, keen ability to share teachable moments, and contagious optimism. He will get you to the top, but more importantly, he will remind you of the ancient art of focusing on the process. You might find what you think is your limit, then Greg will help you unlock reserves you never imagined you had. Book a trip with Hobo Greg, your soul will thank you, and remember to bring a cold six pack of craft IPA to enjoy with him after your climb!
