Unfriendly staff, sheets had rips, mold in the bathroom, unsafe food handing in the breakfast area. General maintenance not being done. Front desk personnel is not there all the time, so big security issue. No one is watching who is coming and going. This hotel is not a great place to stay

Location of hotel was great. Easy to find, close to downtown and good restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Room had microwave and frig but we did not use. Very disappointed in the breakfast. When we arrived at 8 am to eat, there was very little food left to pick from. There was no one around to ask about more food til later. Didn't seem like anyone was there to gradually fill as things got empty.

We were. It impressed with this property. Tried to check in at 230, but check in was not until 3, OK we waited, the front desk and the maid (the only one working we were told late) were behind the counter talking the next half hour and magically our room was ready at 3, only it wasn’t. We had to move into a different room and we found hair all over the bed, the toilet was not clean, not just a streak, the kind of ring that comes with not cleaning for some time, the tv remote only worked on off and channel up down, nothing else. The refrigerator did not work. The tub was so gross we passed on the shower. Breakfast was not great, not sure how you mess up eggs, but they tasted awful. It is right by the highway and we heard the trucks all night long. Drive down the highway, you’ll find a better place to sleep.

Fun time and great gathering place out side, didn't have propane for fire pit was nice place to set after dark and talk. Had a very good breakfast and a friendly morning staff. Not helpful to have to write so much.

The staff here was very friendly. There were numerous issues that would not make me come again, however. The pull-out bed was dirty (dried cheese shreds and crumbs in the bed sheets). Staff came to remake the bed, and to vacuum the floor upon our arrival. Candy wrappers were strewn across the stairs and lobby, and breakfast room and lobby floors had visible spills for two days. When I requested a mopping and vacuum, staff was able to complete the tasks. A staff member was in the breakfast room the first day, narrating the morning news for us the entire time. Another staff member was on her phone behind the front desk the entire time (both instances were when the floors were filthy). We found dental floss and popcorn on the hotel room floor.

Asked if room was ready and was told not until 3. Front desk was nice but unwilling to even consider early check in. I had tomato seedings in my car and electronics that I didn't want to freeze. Not a big deal. Checked in are 3 and went to polarfest activities. Came back in the evening to use pool facility. Hot tub was closed. It was taped off. There was a huge pile of something in the hot tub. It looked like poo. My friend asked and was told it was sand. If that was true then get the "sand" pile out of there so patrons can use the hot tub. Disappointed. Room was clean, beds were comfy enough. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of offerings like bagels, waffles, eggs, biscuit & gravy, cereals, juice etc.... Rooms were pretty quiet, didn't hear too much around us. Bathroom was clean and shower not with good pressure. Would stay here again.

Staff was very nice. Hotel was beautifully remodeled yet a better rate than most in the area. Breakfast buffet was pretty good too. Only negative is lazy cleaning staff. Beds were made but sheets and pillowcases were covered in hair.

Great facility and staff the breakfast was one of the best stocked and cleanest we have stayed at..Keep up the great work.The room was clean I love the pillow comforter and pillows.We came to the aera to go snowmobiling.the property is located next to the trail system.very convenient.

Very clean, nice and comfortable facility with a very professional and congenial staff. The hot brakfast is excellent. I stay at th facility at least once a month. I've never had a problem in the years I've stayed.
