Great place downtown. Located well next to the bus station (useful for Henry Ford musem or Airport) and close to pubs/restaurants/supermarket.

The apartment was comfortable and had all the extra features that you would need for your stay. Grocery store was a good walk away..but they had everything needed to make our stay good too. 1 bedroom apartment was spacious, high ceilings and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom spacious, entry easy once codes remembered. This "Sonder" has a front desk, not all do. So it was nice to have, if help was needed. It's the little things that make the stay here good..dishwashing liquid, and sponges..paper towels..shampoo, towels..all expected but not always provided..washing machine detergent provided too..all very helpful. Close to "people mover" which was free to use & meant car wasn't needed to get around town. Would look for "Sonder apartment" when travelling next time..

Great location but that is the only positive. Place was filthy socks turned black as floor could not have been cleaned in years. Broken blinds and glassware. Sonder also debited my card twice for "incidentals" first acknowledging it then a week later denying it.

The place is in an excellent location, especially if you don't have a car. It is literally around the corner from the free People Mover that takes you around downtown for lots of sightseeing. Also, if you take the Dax bus from the airport, the stop is practically outside.There are tons of restaurants and shopping within a 10 minute walk as well as the Qline that takes you up and down Woodward for more sightseeing. Any staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. My apartment was very clean and had everything I needed for a long weekend. The only things I didn't particularly like were the air/heat being right above the bed and the shower was a little cramped with the shampoo, conditioner, and gel sticking out. That wouldn't stop me from staying again, though.

Conveniently located in downtown Detroit. 15 minute walk to Comerica Park and 10 minute walk to the river. Large room and bathroom. Nice kitchen. Everything was very clean. If driving, use the parking lot across the street with preferential price for guests.
