Customer service was excellent as staff were very friendly and proactive to render support. I gave one star for amenities due to food that was not fresh, which probably led to my food poisoning. After eating the buffet breakfast, I suffered from food poisoning. My best guess was the soybean milk or fried fritters (油条) which seemed to be recooked leftovers. Luckily my son and wife did not eat them. During the same buffet breakfast, my wife found the baby tomatoes to be rotten and alerted the chef to remove them. In addition, supper during my second night was cold green bean soup likely to be leftover from my first night supper. Lastly, another minor problem was that my room didn't have any towel rack to hang bath towels which was quite inconvenient. Dryer in washing machines malfunction as my washed clothes were still wet after 3hours of drying.

The whole environment of the hotel is very clean, Thai style, there is a swimming pool suitable for children, the room is better than expected, and the warm service of the operator is more commendable. As soon as you arrive at the hotel, you will come out to greet the suitcase. It is also within 5 minutes to go to Panda Valley. I personally drove us there. Breakfast is very careful, made by yourself, very satisfied with the food. Because the plane delay is more annoying, there is no blame for the delay of check-out. If it is a staggered trip, it should be better to stay for a few days on vacation.

Facilities: The facilities and equipment are relatively new, clean and tidy, and the environment is beautiful. There is a river in front of the hotel. I heard from Sister Xiaotian at the front desk that it is Zouma River. You can see the mountain in the distance from afar. It is said to be Zhaogong Mountain. Over that mountain is Siguliangshan. The front desk service is first-class and enthusiastic, making people feel the warmth of home. It is very nice.

Very good, the most satisfying room for this trip to Chengdu. The front desk lady was very good and she helped her with problems. A beautiful woman similar to the proprietress volunteered to send us to Panda Valley and meet your lady as soon as we went out! Very lucky. The room is also very good, very big and clean, the baby likes it very much. The only downside is that the bathroom may be limited by the layout, there is no door, and it is embarrassing to wear clothes after taking a shower. But overall very satisfied!

The stay in Panda Inn Hotel was fantastic. Spacious room and the hotel are decorated with a charming panda theme with ancient feel, was comfortable and unique. Located in the heart of the ancient city, the hotel is surrounded by vibrant street food and shopping options. The decent breakfast spread and free DIY laundry near the lobby added to the convenience. Highly recommended for a delightful and convenient stay!

This Hotel is located on beautiful grounds, however it is a real shame that they are letting the weeds takeover everywhere. Still very pleasant to walk around the complex with all the trees, flowers, lake, swans & ducks, but it breaks your heart to see the weeds taking over everywhere and there is what once would have been a beautiful Rose Flower path and the roses are still flowering but no maintenance at all and weeks are taller than the rose bushes and all they seem to do is just the grass and forget the rest. Rooms and facilities were very clean, so I was impressed. Room layout is excellent and very, very big with a courtyard and external spa, you start to relax as soon as you walk in the door. The only thing that put me and my wife off is the mahjong table in the main room on the first floor. TV had no movies and no English Chanels at all. Food in the All Day Dining (Chinese Restaurant) was very nice but limited. Breakfast was not a very big selection and probably because it is not peak season, however it also was not very good and put us off even trying the Western Food for dinner and went across the road for fast food instead. Staff were very nice and polite. We want for my wife's birthday and apart from the impressive building structures, there was no WOW factor for the overall experience.

This hotel was recommended by a friend. He said he had been here several times and had a good experience. After checking in today, he felt it was really good. The room rate was not high. The supporting facilities in the room were also very good. There was a 100k high-definition projection screen, and you could watch movies on IQiyi. Popular movies were free of charge. It felt very worthwhile. The bed in the room was also a latex mattress, which was very good. In Dujiangyan, the price-performance ratio was very high.
