4PM SUPOSSED TO LET YOU INTO YOUR ROOM BUT FORGET, OFTEN, TO CELL YOU. THEN OUT BY 11, 4-11 IS PAY TO SLEEP BUT NOT TO VACATION? DONT PAY TILL U CHECK THE ROOM A/C, HEATER, TV; MOST VISTS 1-2 DONT WORK. ALWAYS SPA JETS BROKEN, OTHERS USING THE FEW LEFT. CANT SMELL THE MINERALS, SULPHER LIKE OTHER PLACES. $449 FOR ROOM 105$ NO EVENTS & ON A MON, NO HOLIDAY OR EVENT, HE TRIED!! WE NEVER WENT BACK, TIRED OF ARGUING WITH RATE RATS THINKING WE DONT KNOW THE INTERNET PRICE IS ABOUT $140. WE USED ROOM 105 OVER 10 TIMES FOR 90-140$ DONT LET THE RATE RATS BITE YOU. TWICE WE PAID FOR A ROOM BUT HA TO ESCAPE IN THE NIGHT CAUSE WE ACCIDENTLY WERE THERE WHEN THEIR SECURITY MADE DRUG SALES, AND FOOT CHASED ME ONCE. NO MATTER WHAT COMPLAINT, IT NEVER GETS TO THE BOSS. I DARE THE BOSS TO BE OWNER OPERATOR FOR 3 DAYS ON THE DESK HIMSELF AND PROOVE THIS.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here! Everything was absolutely perfect. Kendra, Tracy, and John were lovely. Kendra in-particular made our stay so special and went out of her way to make everything feel so personable. If you’re looking for a small, quiet, clean, fresh, updated, great energy, and magical experience then this is your place. (Also, the pool water comes from the natural hot springs which in itself is so awesome!) We can’t wait to go back :)
Lido Palms Resort & Spa

From the moment we arrived, it was pure bliss. We arrived on a Friday afternoon so were surprised to have the pools to ourselves- which was lovely. The water temps are just right and oh so good. We followed the advice of others and packed supplies to be able to eat in, which was a really nice option to have. The oven and micro and fridge all worked well. We stayed two nights and did venture out for lunch the second day, but mostly we just relaxed in the healing waters. We also booked 90 minute massages with Blair- who was exceptionally good. We felt completely safe on the property and the room was spacious and beds were comfy. Loved that there are only 11 rooms here and no children allowed- made for a very restful weekend. Definitely will be coming back!

Such a relaxing time at this charming place! I loved the mineral warm pool, the lovely decor, and the friendly, attentive staff. After settling in, I slept so soundly in the comfortable bed and thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful serenity the hotel provided. The serene surroundings allowed me to truly unwind and recharge.

This is a better hotel than more expensive hotels. I suggest to book a deluxe room which has kitchen because the hotel doesn't have restaurants, so self-cooking might be a good idea rather than finding restaurants outside. The town has only several restaurants. I note that the hotel doesn't have sauna, just a FYI.
El Morocco Inn & Spa

El Morocco Inn and Spa I cannot understand how this hotel got the rating it did. I am currently staying in the hotel and I have a number of issues. I will list the issues below: Room: • Good size and mattress is a 7 on a scale of 10. • Bathroom: has a cute metallic sink, but there is no place to put things like toothbrush, toothpaste, and soap, so I brush my teeth in kitchen.. • Kitchenette: is nice size with small table and 2 chairs, but there are no plates, cups, silverware or anything that one would expect in a kitchen. • Very dark Restaurant: • There is none. • We are provided with a sheet of paper where we select items that we want for breakfast. Items include: bagels, cream cheese, boiled eggs, oa**eal, juice, and condiments. • Then they have French roast containers that are pre-prepared with coffee and all guests have to do is add hot water. Unfortunately the glass containers do not keep the coffee warm. • I mistakenly managed to burn my bagel and there was no way to replace it. Pools: • This is where they hit it out of the park. They have a large jacuzzi with hot springs water (104 degrees) and a swimming pool (90 degrees). • Sufficient lounges, but with very thin cushions. • In fact, all cushions and pillows around the place are old and worn. Saunas: • They have dry and wet saunas that are built for 1 or a couple. Outdoors: • They have a back yard where they have games (bocce ball), and hammocks. • They may have aimed for authenticity because the yard is covered with dirt. • It is the smoking area and there are 2 overflowing ashtrays. Overall: • It is super tacky!!! With a capital T. They have included numerous Moroccan artifacts scattered around the place. Massage: • Best masseuse ever, Rebecca. Staff: • Front=desk staff are very friendly and very helpful. Bottomline: If you are used to 4 or 5-star places, you should not book here. If you are okay with 3-star places then this place is for you.
