One of the most magical places I’ve been to! I’ve been several times over the last three years and always enjoyed the beautiful, spotless rooms, the warm hospitality of Danielle, and the healing waters. It’s the perfect place to unwind, while having the opportunity to enjoy Palm Sprigs or Joshua Tree which are both easily reachable.

Miracle Manor has become my go-to spot for true restoration. I always forget to tip the housekeeping staff when I leave because I am so blissed out. And that is terrible because the place is so super clean! Once you walk on-site, you want to put away the smartphone and fully drop in to the magic that is MM.

What an INCREDIBLE Experience soaking in healing mineral spring waters FOR HOURS! I stayed in the King Suite, and here are the amazing benefits of this magical resort: Extremely comfortable bed with natural bedding, I could walk out of my patio an be in the new 2 concrete tub area, which is only a few steps away yet, very private behind waterfall and greenery! I spend over 10 hours total in these tubs soaking up the healing mineral waters, I could control the temperature of the water in the tubs, so I filled one with cooler mineral water and another one with hot mineral water, and was able to enjoy the cold/hot contrast therapy, there are shades above those tubs, so even though I visited during hot summer months, I was comfortable in the water being in the shade, there is NO CHLORINE added to the water, and I filled them before use and drained after, my skin didn't shrink like a raisin after being in the water for such a long time. The included HEALTHY breakfast was SO YUMMY!!! The coffee tasted incredible, the avocado toast was Amazing! They had healthy sweetener options like Monk Fruit and Stevia, which is hard to find in any other hotels. The host Danielle, was extremely friendly and allowed me to extend my checkout time! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this private, boutique hotel to anybody who wants to avoid crowds and experience healing waters to the fullest!

The Miracle Manor, true to its name, is a quaint desert miracle. Unassuming from the street, the boutique property combines vintage charm with (mid century) modern luxury. Sweet personal touches included locally roasted coffee, Turkish bathrobes, and eco-friendly bath products. Danielle was every bit as lovely a host as every other review details. Breakfast was outstanding; facilities were well-maintained. This would have been a 5/5 stay had it not been for the room. The “mini queen” was at the parking lot/entrance of the property which had the most foot traffic (noise) and windows were at ground level allowing the room very little natural light and no view (except for in the bathroom shower). I booked directly with the hotel so was disappointed not to have been offered another room since only one other couple was staying at the resort. But all things considered, it was a solid 4/5 otherwise.

I called to find out if they had availability at 10 am and no one answered the phone. I have never experienced that at any hotel around the world. I then left a voicemail, which they did not bother to return. This is an unprofessional operation I would find someplace else with a modicum of customer service.

Worst service, I had booked a girls trip with my friend and our daughters in January for the first weekend of Cochlea festival. Upon checking in the receptionist was extremely rude. Once I was checked in he mentioned oh you are 4 guests. We only allow 2 guests per room. Our daughters were minors and we could not have them in separate rooms. We asked if we can pay a surcharge to have the extra two guests in the room with us, Harsh reply NO We asked if we can get another room at the hotel. Harsh reply NO We asked if they have a sister property we can book a second room. Hash reply NO Can we get a refund NO I hope you agree with me that this type of service is completely unacceptable at so many levels. It is not the kind of treatment I would have expected from a boutique hotel of caliber. Eventually, We were forced to leave and find other accommodations. I am interested to hear what the upper management this about this type of service.

Miracle Manor was highly recommended by a close friend, so I fully expected to love it!! I want to give a great review, but too many things went wrong. Starting with the good things: Management responds instantly to requests for help (unfortunately I had a few) They were very nice, as was the onsite maintenance/handyman Great bedding/sheets/towels Clean rooms and bathrooms Amenities like tea and coffee and fresh fruit and almond milk were wonderful. Incredible water in the pool and hot tub - none of that feeling like a raisin when you get out. The hot springs and the bedding really were wonderful. The potential is there. What was NOT wonderful: Room 107: it's basically like being in the basement. One tiny window at ground level in the back and one window on the side at ground level that looks onto a wall facing the parking lot - AND the light shines at night into the room around the blind so it's hard to sleep. I realized on our last day that there were other available rooms, so I don't know why I was given that room. Also realized it was $10 less than my friend's. It should have been closer to $100. Really. Basement. The first night I took a shower. I turned the temperature knob to the red dot, in the direction where hot usually is. No hot water. Waited forever for it to warm up. Nothing. Called, and got a quick response, Maintenance came while we were out: nothing wrong. Apparently, the RED dot is COLD. The blue dot is hot. What? Plus, they are backwards: the red dot where hot usually is, on the left, was cold water. The blue dot to the right where cold normally is, was hot. The first night was cold - super gusty and in the 30's. I realized the next day the windows weren't actually closed because the metal casing surrounding one of them was bent and there was an opening the size of my finger where cold air was blowing in. And on another window the the lever was broken off completely so I couldn't try to tighten it fully closed myself. Not to mention it too was all bent and someone had to hammer it back into place from the outside. Again, another call. That night after dinner I was locked out. The code didn't work. It was freezing and I had to call. Again. Standing around outside waiting for him to reset it. Want to know why I was locked out? Someone had been in my room. I realized it as soon as I walked in. All the towels and robes, etc. had been replaced. The handbook explicitly said there is no daily service. Which was perfect. When I texted to ask who and why was someone in my room he said I had asked for it. NO. I had not. Apparently a mistake. Really??!?!!! How does that happen??! AND they somehow messed up the code and locked me out. I wish I could say it was an awesome experience. A lot of things about it are great, and more could be. But they have a lot of work to do to get it right. None of the above should have happened. Certainly not for $250 night. For a BASEMENT room. And to get locked out. And for someone to access
