Located 4miles from town, 1/2 mile dirt road to get to the property. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom has one King size bed. The living room has a custom built day bed that can sleep one when needed. Twin sized bed in nook tucked away towards the back of the unit. We can accommodate 4 people comfortably. * 50 inch TV in living room for streaming (no cable) * Brand new kitchen, with stove top and all new stainless steel appliances * Highspeed Internet *20 min to Palm Springs, 45 min to Joshua Tree *Parking for One Vehicle, Inside our private gated complex *Fully Stocked with basic essentials, hotel quality linens, plush towels, shampoo, lotion, soap, coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil * Central AC in unit with ceiling fan. You will have full and private use of the inside of the unit. The courtyard outside is considered a shared space.
