Acres Landing

Acres Landing is my favorite hotel in the desert! I’ve stayed 10 or 15 times since their opening in September, mostly for work, but also for trips with friends. Acres Landing always exceeds our expectations. The property is beautifully maintained with desert mountain views and a quiet and peaceful atmosphere that instantly makes us feel relaxed and at home (it is our home away from home!). The campers are always spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. I like to try a new one each time! Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of from the coffee and creamer to water, to kitchenette. Paola and the front desk managers are warm, welcoming, and always go above and beyond to ensure our stay is exactly what we need it to be. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat to swim in the mineral waters or a home base to explore the surrounding Palm Springs areas, Acres Landing is a hidden gem. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back!

I've been to Acres landing over 10+ times in the last year and absolutely love every single trip out here. It's the perfect getaway with my friends. I love to sit in the mineral pool / hot tubs and relax. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love how private yet welcoming the space feels. I cannot wait for many more memories here over the years.

Avoid this hotel—total waste of money. My wife and I stayed here from May 3 to 4, and it was a terrible experience. A sprinkler burst outside our door, spraying water directly at it, and the door lock stopped working. We waited over an hour outside at midnight while staff tried to fix it. As a result, my wife caught a cold and our plans were ruined. At checkout, I asked for a full refund. Staff said the manager (Paola) would call me, but she never did. I called multiple times—no answer. When I used my wife’s phone, they picked up immediately, suggesting they blocked my number. They later claimed they spoke to me (they didn’t) and offered only 25% back, without any discussion. This hotel avoids responsibility, lies to guests, and handles issues unprofessionally. Do not stay here.

Beautiful RV! Really great stay and decorated beautifully! I didn’t get to use the outdoor tub because the wind in Desert Hot Springs is pretty strong. But the indoor tub was wonderful.

Airstream Desert Paradise Amazing stay while at AmDocs Palm Springs Film Festival. We love campers and trailers, especially Rockets and Airstreams so discovering this right across from freeway 10 was win win for us. The pool, the tub/ jacuzzi and the private soaking tub were great. Excellent service. It’s good for a getaway for couples and it does offer corporate and private events. Looking forward to coming back!
