A few minutes by walk to the shore of lake garda. You can enjoy sunset at the restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet is good too.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel berta over all. We arrived by train in to Desenzano , we chose the area to be accessible by train x although the location of the hotel is further out than I realised , too far to walk late evening and so quite expensive in taxis to and from the train station. Our greeting could have been more friendly by the man who checked us in on our late arrival . The room was homely and clean . There was a lot of choice for breakfast which we enjoyed . The pool was quite small, cold but clean . The views from the jacuzzi on the roof were lovely. There weren't any staff available for our checkout and our room tab had to paid by transfer via email communication.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay look no further than Hotel Berta. It is clean, comfortable and very well located, it is a two minute walk from the lake. The air conditioning is set on low all the time, and is perfect, not noisy either. The swimming pool is perfect and very clean, with ample room and shade… The breakfast is absolutely great, and they cater for everyone. The staff are friendly and very attentive. The roof top lounge is spectacular with jacuzzi and amazing views of the lake…. With all that said we are already planning another visit to the hotel. Thank you to all at hotel Berta 😃

Perfetto ,rilassante ,camera molto moderna ,colazione molto abbondante ,personale molto gentile .Bella la spa sul tetto ,la piscina non è grandissima ,ma va più che bene .Comodo il parcheggio accanto alla struttura non a pagamento ,ma libero .Per andare a desenzano occorre l’auto o la bici perché dista 4 km .A piedi sotto il Sole non è il massimo

Obwohl das Hotel in einer vermeintlich ruhigen Seitenstraße liegt war unser Zimmer unerträglich laut. Man hörte nachts den Lärm von Autos, morgens um 7Uhr wurden in 6 Tagen 4 mal die Glasmülltonnen geleert! Stühle wurden auch morgens zum putzen hin und her geschoben. Unser Zimmer lag zum Pool hin und fast jeden Abend waren Personen abends/nachts dort laut am reden. Unser Zimmer war neu renoviert, wie beschrieben, und sauber, jedoch fehlte ein Ganzkörperspiegel. Gegen Morgen kamen Küchengerüche von gebackenem ins Zimmer (wenn man bei offenem Fenster schläft). Parkplätze waren in der Umgebung genug zu finden, die hauseigenen Parkplätze sind zu wenig. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich immer frisch gebackene Kuchen und jede Menge Antipasti, frisches Obst und Eiervaranten. Auf Grund der Hellhörigkeit werden wir nicht wiederkommen.
